MPT Malwa Resort, Mandu

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit Garten. Ich hatte ein riesengroßes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf einen Teich. Trinkwasser, Wasserkocher, Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer. Einmal waren Languren ganz in der Nähe und ich konnte die Babys beim Spielen beobachten. Ich hatte eine Tour gebucht und war leider nur 1 Nacht dort. Wenn ich allein gereist wäre, dann wäre ich sicher länger geblieben. 4 von 5 Sternen deshalb, weil die Zimmer ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ist aber nicht so arg. Sonst war alles super.

Le cadre de l’hôtel pourrait être très bien si un GROS effort était fait au niveau de l’entretien et de la propreté (en particulier dans les salles de bain!) Les cartes bar et menus sont prometteurs mais hélas le choix reste très pauvre. L’accueil est globalement peu chaleureux

We recently stayed at MPT Malwa Resort in Mandu and had a fantastic experience. Mandu's rich historical ambiance was perfectly complemented by the resort's peaceful setting. A special thanks to Aniket Verma at the reception for his exceptional assistance with our sightseeing plans and to Prakash at the restaurant for the delicious meals. The celebration of MP Tourism Day added a festive touch to our stay. Highly recommend this resort for its excellent service and beautiful location.

The embrace of nature our stay at the resort was so enchanting and amazing. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the remarkable staff. Thanks to every attention to eager the comfort of our journey. Also Mr. Aniket Verma leading kind nature and having a professionalism making a check in breeze , so greatly. Everything was properly maintained and made us believed truly appreciative. Every meal there was delightful with finest flavours. The experience was so amazing there fulfilled with unforgettable memories. Thankyou so much to the staff and thia resort to make our journey more better and best!

Although the hotel occupies prime real estate and is built to generous proportions, it is one of the dirtiest hotels we stayed in. The housekeeping and maintenance was abysmal. The staff are polite and helpful but totally untrained. All the people in our group complained bitterly about the cleanliness and had to ask the housekeeping to clean rooms specially. But rooms, windows, glass panes that have not been cleaned properly for months cannot be cleaned properly in an hour or two. Obviously the hotel does not have a professional housekeeping supervisor nor somebody to make sure that all lights, switches and appliances are working properly. I gave details feedback to the manager who was very polite and acknowledged my comments but it was clear that he did not have the faintest idea of how a hotel should be managed.

Entire place is very beautiful and absolutely breathtaking full of greenery and nature. we enjoyed every bit of it and stff was extremely courteous and helpful we would love to come back and experience the amazing place one more time

Nice green and vast area, rooms are spacious, neat and tidy. Bath fittings are new and are of standard make. Washrooms are neat. Linen and towels are also neat. Service is also ok. A good option to stay in Mandu. There is ample parking. AC and TV are also new.

Excellent service and managed very nicely by them especially Sandeep ji Property is very nice and all the amenities very provided and mind boggling experience More than expected A must place to stay in Mandu

This is a MP Tourism run hotel, and as has been my experience with them, is very well maintained and managed. The location of this resort, again as a norm, is amazing. Set besides a lake on the road leading to Rupmati Pavilion & Baz Bahadur Mahal, it is just the perfect place if you want to be in Mandu. This is also perhaps the best property in Mandu. The rooms are very spacious, with facilities matching upto a 4 star Hotel. The resort is undergoing a renovation and the part where we stayed in was almost done with renovation. I am sure once the entire resort renovation gets over, it will only look impressive. The in-house restaurant serves delicious fare with the right service attitude. the breakfast was good, they should add a juice in their menu though. All rooms have a huge sit-out/balcony facing the lake where one can simply sit sipping on a hot cuppa and soaking in nature. This resort is definitely worth staying.
