BAD MANNER AND SOME STAFF ARE NOT WELL TRAINED IN THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL. WHY? When we check in, we was greeted nicely and all was fine, we took the RM120 family room with king size bed and a single bed. During my reservation through the phone, i asked if there's breakfast included and they politely say no. But then my brother in law also took a room as same as mine, with add on breakfast of RM10. So i was interested when my brother in law inform me that there add on that we can add for the breakfast. Since i prefer conveniences to enjoy breakfast in the hotel, i took my time to ask the receptionists at the counter. I didn't get their names thou, but the first staff that was on duty in the evening was polite but then she seem not knowledgeable for my inquires, so she excuse herself to call her colleague. Here where my beautiful evening ruined by RUDE STAFF of yours. Firstly she didn't even bother asking my name and my room number. I was really polite asking her about the breakfast menu of RM10 which i am interested to add on. Is it wrong when your customer asked what kind of breakfast we gonna have ? She then rudely pointed the menu at the counter. I ask her nicely again was this menu for whole RM10 or any other such as buffet or unlimited. Surprisingly her response to me is ”MANA BOLEH SEMUA INI RM10” as she pointed the menu with sarcastic tone. I was upset the way she answered and explained it to me, if only she was humble and explained it to me in a good manners i wouldn't be this upset. I was then furious not because the RM10 but because of her (the receptionist) etiquettes. In past, I worked in a hotel line (hotelier) before and this is not the way we were trained. Obviously this hotel need to train their staffs. Learn to have empathy and love your job. One bad rotten apple will eventually ruins all the good apples. The room only have shampoo and soap as complimentary so do bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste. I do like the family room it is spacious and big and smell nice. But please do improve your customer service. Some are snobbish. Thank you for your attention.
Nice clean hotel in a good area for restaurants and shops. Has its own ac restaurant which is very good and reasonably priced The outstanding element is the staff. They go far beyond expectations and can only be praised Unfortunately our travel plans were scuppered by a landslide and the staff sorted us out. Well done. Easy access for train to tenom which is a worthwhile day trip.

這是我第一次入住AZ酒店。我過去住在Labuan清真寺附近的Labuan Point酒店。我的妻子經常來Labuan,在Labuan International Golf Club,在非常具有挑戰性的9洞Labuan Golf Club打高爾夫球。這家酒店立刻給我留下了深刻的印象。牀是特大號的,裝飾是簡約的,舒適。房間的wifi很好。它比拉布安點酒店便宜。酒店有充足的設施,比如迷你吧、保險箱、電視、窗外的風景。大堂樓層有很好的餐廳,還有香水店。夜總會和休閒室僅在4點5分之差。酒店對面馬路就有一家超級市場,以防您需要零食或牙膏等。總的來說,以優惠的價格給人留下深刻印象。如果不是在梳妝檯燃盡燈,我本來會說5星!!!強烈推薦在拉布安舒適住宿的酒店。Frank C
Me and my dad have spent a week here; we loved the secluded location, quite and peaceful. The resort itself is a bit dated and worn out; huge rooms come with huge furniture and sea view rooms also with big terrace. Quite clean, although is better not to investigate the cleanliness too much:) The dishes have reasonable prices and are really tasty; the staff kind and helpful. The swimming pool is nicely located but unfortunately really dirty; if u ever wear swimming goggles, u will want to take them off here and forget all that hair and dirt u’ve seen:) On weekends this swimming pool becomes as busy as a night market, as it’s open to public and looooot of children and locals drinking on the beach will join. They would then leave all their plastic bags, chips, glasses and beer bottles on sunbeds/beach, where they will stay forever as the resort does not clean it. Unfortunately, before u can enter the sea, u need to pass tons of plastic waste. We haven’t been able to try the spa as it closes really early 4.30-5. We still enjoyed our time here and would come back:)
