The Sarova woodland Hotel has the best service management team ever seen before. They will come around most of the days in the morning and evening to ask customers how was their stay also they will ask you about the food quality/test, room service and cleaning service for all. The hotel has all good variety of continental food, clean rooms, tide security, good location that you can access all corner of the city Nakuru within 10 minutes and the hotel is very quiet with no noisy or crowd at night or the day so you will enjoy very peaceful day and night with quite professional mode so you can rest if you come this hotel Sarova Woodland for work or holiday. Lastly they have very clean pool and sitting areas all over the hotel that you can meet with people or do business work with your laptop. Thanks By Abdullahi from USA

Such a beautiful place to be..they have the best chefs in the world..I enjoyed everything..much gratitude to Chef Maggy who was so lovely...and her smile.. Generally our stay at the hotel was one of the best..we appreciate the hospitality.

An absolute Gem of a place. Very beautiful and lovely grounds. I however will have to call out the service, specially Mr Oscar the chef, he cooked an Indian Kheer for me(completely out of kindness) that would shame many Indian chefs :) Service is the best part.

Our stay at Sarova Woodlands Hotel was overall satisfactory, with spacious rooms that, however, seemed a bit outdated. The noise level was considerable at night, and the pool consistently crowded, even late into the evening. The reception staff were notably pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, as service during meals was excessively slow, likely due to a shortage of staff for the sizable number of guests. While the buffet options were adequate, they didn't offer anything exceptional. The hotel's location was far from central, making it less convenient, but our two-night stay was manageable, thanks to our packed schedule of activities. On a positive note, their on-site shop offered charming souvenirs at reasonable prices. In summary, while Sarova Woodlands probably has its merits, if you find a better option, it may be worth considering alternative accommodations.

Beautiful place, have stayed here severally since December 2018 and the standards are very high. The Team lead by the General Manager, Mr. Duncan Mwangi is always friendly and highly Professional. Great food and very high quality Wines. I always enjoy staying at this establishment and Security is very tight.

This was a last minute substitution from our safari company for our accommodation which was supposed to be on the Lake Nakuru, so it was a big disappoin**ent in location. The hotel itself is older and nothing luxurious about the rooms. But the food was awesome! The best of our entire trip. If you want to stay in the city, it’s great.

After visiting in 2019, it was my second time staying in Sarova Woodlands. They pay much attention to details and made it a comfortable stay after long game drive! P.S. We visited both Lake Nakuru and Lake Bogoria. Both of them are enjoyable.
