貝克斯菲爾德北拉昆塔温德姆套房酒店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bakersfield North)

El elevador no servía y nos ofrecieron una habitación muy ruidosa en la planta dos. Así que, nos ofrecieron una en el último piso, o sea la planta tres. Tuvimos que cargar nuestras maletas porque el elevador no servía. Yo estoy enferma de la espalda y este inconveniente me afecta mucho. No se nos ofreció ningún tipo de alternativa ya que Verónica , la chica de la recepción nos explicó que ella no podía hacer nada y que lo vièramos con el sr Duncan, el gerente. Veronica fue amable, pero nos dijo que ella no tenía absolutamente ninguna capacidad de decisión y que estaba sola; tampoco nos ofrecieron una habitación en planta baja. De hecho nos dijo que estaba lleno. Aunque después de nosotros llegaron otras personas y a ellos si les dieron habitación en planta baja. Verdaderamente tienen que mejorar más su servicio. Les hace falta mucha capacitación Finalmente la opción que nos dio el Sr Billy Duncan, gerente general de la propiedad, fue cancelar la reserva y reembolsarnos el dinero que habíamos pagado a través de Hotels. Com Lo cual no aceptamos , ya que al no tener ninguna otra reserva ,iba a ser difícil conseguir otro hotel de última hora. Esperamos algún tipo de compensación, ya que pagamos por algo que DEFINITIVAMENTE NO RECIBIMOS

Excelente custo benefício. Equipe atenciosa, quarto limpo com boa cama e bons lençóis/toalhas.

The hotel was very clean, they had a good assortment for breakfast and location was very nice; just off the Freeway. Would definitely recommend this place.

The refrigerator was not working. Traveling with an infant who needed milk to be cooler, had to throw it out. Told the front desk and was told there was nothing they can do, and told me to contact the manger on a weekday. Toilet was leaking from the back. Told front desk- nothing they can do about that either

It was my first time staying at a La Quinta. Our shower was clogged. I called the front desk and she plunged the shower. It was still clogged. This place is pretty nice regarding condition. It's not outdated, but not new and modern. Like many other reviewers, the breakfast is lacking. My favorite amenity was the indoor pool. I forgot my toothbrush and they didn't have any for free. That was another con of this place.

Staff in the front desk charge me again for the same booking I did and then set me 6 holds of 50 USD that they don't wanna release, need your help.

We like this hotel. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. The housekeepers work hard and are wonderful. One thing. We stayed for Christmas. the woman doing the food was more concerned with having everything put away before 0900 in so much as she refused to bring out eggs or bread. There was no milk for the cereal. The main coffee dispensers empty. Christmas morning we watched her dump a pan of bacon over leaving it out on a plate for the kids trying to get something to eat. I understand she has a job and breakfast is over at 0900 not before! This left us with a bad impression. The day we checked out there was no breakfast at 0845 except a line for waffles. Would of liked to grab a bagel. She said we are out. Take a cup of coffee, no lids…. Come on.

The beds okay way to soft, rolled into the middle. The hot tub was not hot warm at best. Service was great. Staff very helpfull. Rooms clean. Breakfast was okay.

Good - Friendly staff, nice grassy areas for dogs. Bad - paper thin walls. Would not recommend if you have dogs that are sensitive to booming noises from neighbors.
