伍德斯普林套房貝克斯菲爾德機場(WoodSpring Suites Bakersfield Airport)

me gusto la tranquilidad, pero no tenia hielo, no tiene desayunos, esta un poco sucia en algunos puntos de la propiedad, como el baño en sus partes ocultas, solo habia un jaboncito muy chiquito, no shampoo, ninguna botellita de agua, no cafetera, no plancha, no ganchos para ropa, no secadora para cabello y muchos otros detalles basicos que son muy importantes para que el cliente este comodo y satisfecho...muy decepcionada en general,

The wifi would not allow me to log in though I was registered. I attempted to use the room telephone and it was dead. Walked down to the main desk and the desk clerk and the manager were unable to help me. Then I was told to call a tech support number on my cell phone. The clerk attempted to be helpful, but the manager was of little use and I felt very invaluable as a customer. I wasted time on the phone trying to trouble shoot to get on line.Free wifi should be just that, not customers trying to trouble shoot for themselves. Managers should at least pretend to care as much about customers as they do about their 2inch fake eyelashes. All night there are people walking around. The bed frames scrape on the floor, so the people above be would move, get input out of bed and scraping noises occurred. I would not recommend nor stay at a Wood springs again!

Our stay at the WoodSpring Suites was quiet and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very prompt in responding to our requests.

Took forever to check in! Beds were uncomfortable. And pillows were hard. Did not have a good stay.

Very comfortable room cozy and clean lots of emenities. The service was friendly and genuine. Honestly I cannot complain my overall stay was great i highly recommend this establishment.

The staff were very friendly but I was shocked that there are no ice machines or in room or lobby coffee!

It was not good whatsoever, the beds were uncomfortable and sheets were not clean. They had a fish smell. Bathroom was not cleaned, base board was drooling over yellow oil all over toilet and no handsoap nor tissues.

Economical stay near Bakersfield airport. Definitely a dude's stop. Don't bring your significant other here. She is going to hate it.

Rooms not up to date, bed uncomfortable, no coffee pot, no continental breakfast homeless sleeping around main entrance.
