酒店鄰近 Khatai Metro station 步行只需約5-10 分鐘. 鄰近地鐵站有超級市場. 職員可用基本英語溝通, 並且十分友善及樂意幫助. 房間舒適整淨光猛, 如需要拖鞋可詢問職員送到房間. 而牙刷及其他用品則需要收費. 每層走廊設有飲水機. 備有冷熱水提供 唯一遇到的問題是房間十分焗熱, 調較空調後也沒有改善. 詢問職員後, 說是中央冷氣的設定,所以不能調較.並建議我們開窗. 但因為我們是兩位女孩,感覺不太安全...

大家好好享受一天!😀 我們第一次到阿塞拜,沒有錯酒店選擇👍!房間很大,乾淨。這裏有桑拿泳池,幾點免費,廚房也喜歡好吃的準備。工作人員禮貌。順便說一下,餐廳和獨立的爵士樂俱樂部都有。餐廳喜歡好吃的烤😃 謝謝!

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. The hotel was recently changed to Wyndham (formerly was Rich Hotel) , the hotel is good, rooms are clean and staff are very cooperative The drawback is the breakfast which is very basic and the area as there is no attractions there, the time with the heavy traffic to city center is around 40 - 50 minutes

我們是在古爾邦節期間來到夢鄉打高爾夫的。前台和迎賓都是很平易近人、非常友好的工作人員。禮賓員Araz幫我們安排了去高爾夫球場的交通工具，還建議我們去看一些風景。自助早餐非常棒——多虧這是JW萬豪酒店旗下的一項資產。我肯定會推薦這家酒店。對酒店的建議是在下午4點之前打掃房間。我們每天都打高爾夫球，大約在3:30-4:00回到酒店，卻被客房服務員的敲門聲吵醒。我們謝絕了，因為那天已經太遲了。

Небольшой,уютный отель в старом городе. Расположен в глубине улицы, во дворе, поэтому в номерах тихо. Не слышно ни машин, ни людей. Метро в 3 минутах ходьбы. Номер был делюкс, чистый и просторный. Всё есть для комфортного проживания. Лифт . Завтрак включен, каждому подают на подносе . Выбора нет. Оплачивать советую только по приезду. Нам оплатили местные через Букинг со своей карты и на ресепшн ни как не могли найти оплату. Работникам ресепшн за работу оценка два. Ноль информации и внимания.
