The hotel located in about 15 walking minutes from the nearest metro station and in about 30-35 minutes from the Small Venice. Very good hotel in combination of the money, location and conditions. Very nice and friendly staff both at the reception and in the kitchen, as well as housekeeping people. They will try to help with everything as much as possible. Do not hesitate to contact. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was an absolute nightmare. I experienced bedbugs two consecutive nights, despite lodging repeated complaints, the hotel took no action. The manager refused to offer a different room and insisted I stay in the same infested one. The night manager assured me that a clean room would be available the next day, but this promise was never fulfilled. To make matters worse, the day manager was incredibly rude, shouting at me rather than addressing the issue.. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The only redeeming quality was the junior staff, who were genuinely helpful and understanding, but their efforts couldn’t make up for the overall horrible experience.
