巴庫常春藤花園酒店(Ivy Garden Hotel Baku)

Заказали позднее бронирование для гостей, отель у нас взял 200 ман.депозита, так как гости не приехали, позвонили предупредили, в сайте отеля бесплатное отмена и предоплата, однако отель не вернул деньги, никаких документов и чеков о депозиты тоже не дали. Не рекомендую, очень не честный и грубый персонал

In general we were satisfied with our stay, but it all ended very bad at check out. The staff demanded payment for services not provided. Clothes sent for cleaning at their laundry never came back, but they still demanded payment for was the clothes, even though we never got it back. Can not recommend this place, since management dont take responsibility for their actions.

Super hôtel, staff très accueillant et serviable.

Well managed hotel with decent sized and priced rooms slightly away from town Center. You can get cabs easily and grocery, bar, coffee shops are close by. Friendly staff with BYOB facility in a pleasant garden which also doubles as breakfast zone.

Facilities at hotel were working perfectly. Only Turkish Hamam was not working, which was a bit frustrating, but overall service and quality of hotel was perfect.

Reasonable hotel for a short family long weekend stay. A little bit far from the city centre and sights, staff were friendly enough and the connecting rooms quite good for families. Breakfast was a bit limited, staff polite but couldn't help with sharing a plug adapter (wanted us to buy it from them for double the outside price). Pool was quite small, and the local area a bit out of the way and not near too many stores if you need supplies.

Its Our First time in Baku, On the first day we arrived at the hotel with a warm welcome of the Staff From the reception Mila She was so welcome Kind and polite, The same day we had our lunch in the hotel Sarvan and Ravan was so friendly and nice at the restaurant they’re really accommodating. During our stay in the hotel for 3 days all the hotel staff was so approachable and helpful they always Greet you with a happy Face. Thanks to Evren who helps us everytime to book a taxi, Rauf, Kaur was also helpful. And also thank you for The assistance of Ayaz, Ravan and Edgar everyday during the breakfast they are all doing a great job. I recommend the hotel to everyone. You will enjoy the facilities, room cleanliness and most specially the staff is Polite and Very helpful. Lastly You I Enjoyed the facility that they have from the Gym, Sauna, Steam, Turking Hammam, They have also a Salon and Spa which is it make more comfortable for us to stay.

Everything was very good. Rooms big nice, pool area small and charming, restaurant and service very nice. Reception personal and good service. Location in a queried place 10 min away from city center, no problem with a taxa.
