فندق سفير سيتي مميز لعده اسباب اولها واهمها وجوده في موقع استراتيجي وسط منطقه نظامي التي تعتبر مكان سياحي وتسوقي في نفس الوقت وهو من اهم معالم مدينه باكو اما بالنسبه للفندق الغرف واسعه مريحه ديكور حديث. بالنسبه للافطار التشكيله مناسبه الا ان يحتاج الى زياده عدد الخدمه. بشكل عام جميع العاملين يتحلون باخلاق عاليه وكفاءه عاليه في العمل وبشوشين جدا. اما بالنسبه للاستقبال فاني اخص بالذكر السيده ليلى المدير العام للاستقبال والسيده سونا موظفه الاستقبال الذين لم يدخروا وسعا لجعل اقامتنا مريحه وممتعه فلهم مني شكر خاص. هناك ايضا مساله تحويل النقود من دولار الى العمله المحليه معناه فاني وجدت ان تحويل العمله في الفندق لا يختلف كثيرا عن البنك فكان من السهل الصرف في الفندق كل مره.

The stay was pretty ok but the front desk experience was harrowing in the way they dealt with us for some bookings for transportation. Would recommend to be clearer in your bookings terms with them to avoid surprises and bitter experience later. Overall good staff and eople and comfortable stay. The Executive Rooms were disappointing though compared to claims.

Ho appena trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel! Le camere erano spaziose e impeccabilmente pulite, con letti molto comodi. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a offrire consigli su ristoranti e attrazioni locali. La colazione era abbondante e varia, con prodotti freschi e deliziosi. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per esplorare la città a piedi. Non potrei raccomandarlo di più! Tornerò sicuramente.

We stayed from 19th to 24th. We had booked a standard room. Please see this standard rooms have a very small window on the top. For indians we call it Roshan daan. The room became quite stuffy and warm at night. Centralized heating is working but cooling was switched off. Even though it was cold outside it became quite suffocating at night as there was no way to set the room temperature. I found this quite surprising. Coming to breakfast descent spread. But dnt expect anything Indian and that's ok I guess. Location is prime. Book deluxe rooms.
