巴爾港庫阿爾佐精品酒店(Beach Haus Bal Harbour)

Segunda vez no hotel, a estrutura dele é ótima, quarto com dois quartos é amplo, todo equipado, contudo o quarto que ficamos esse ano número 104 deixou a desejar na limpeza e nas condições, não estava muito limpo, com infiltrações e armários danificados, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Porém, o que ficamos ano passado no andar superior era bem mais novinho. O hotel está em reforma e o elevador estava parado, mas nada atrapalhou nossa estadia, recepção muito simpática, pronta para nos receber.

Muy buen hospedaje. Cómoda habitación y excelente equipamiento. Por error mío, tuvimos problemas con el checkin, solo hay recepción hasta las 17hs, llegamos luego y las indicaciones para el auto-checkin me habían llegado a correo no deseado. No sabía de ese mail entonces fue imposible ingresar. Me comunique con un whatsapp de otra propiedad de esa cadena, solo para solicitar que no cancelaran el resto de la estadía y la respuesta no fue nada colaborativo. Dormí en otro lado, y al día siguiente, Julian fue la voz amiga del otro lado del teléfono que me confirmaba que mi reserva aún estaba activa. Gran servicio de playa. Lindo patio lindero a la Bahía.

Nice appartement cleen

I liked my Deluxe studio apartment a lot. It was clean modern and confutable bed. The person on the front desk was nice and friendly. I didn't like the fact that they neglect the pool. it was not clean, big leaves on the bottom if the pool. I didn't go in. None else used it. It's a shame since everyone who go to vacation would love to use the pool.

We had a red eye flight that got in early, they were great to let us in early when the room was cleaned. Made our day. Coming back in November. Beds were good to.

The room was extremely spacious and much larger than I needed but I booked it because of the balcony and supposed partial water view. I ended up with a ground level terrace looking over the pool. Overall very very clean except the bathroom was dimly lit, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall and the wall beside the shower covered in mold. The biggest issue for me was my security. My door didn’t have dead bolt and the door into the property seemed easily accessible 24 hours a day with no staff/security on the property after 5. I’ll definitely stay there again if travelling with my family but not if I’m by myself

All I can say is Emily at the front desk addressed my issues immediately. And I am getting a refund for one of the nights that I stayed.

Inside is clean and modern with a comfortable bed- outside needs a refresh especially the pool

Location and proximity was great, the unit was lacking many items - the kitchen has old pots and pans that needs to be replaced, the bed is CHEAP from Walmart, the mirror on the side of the bathroom doesnt stay in place, the floors need updating, the unit has plenty of space but they didnt add in any cozy, or comfortable sofa for seating. The Bike APP is horrible and doesnt work. The management is there from 9-5 but when i went there 2 times there was no one there. I will NOT be staying here again.
