We really enjoyed our stay in Villa 386 as part of our Ayurveda treatment and really enjoyed it. The complex is designed for a maximum of six guests and is in a quiet location outside the town. This can be reached in a few minutes by tuktuk. The team is professional and the Ayurvedic treatments are of a high level. An experienced and committed doctor looked after us all-round, and the therapists are also professionals with many years of expertise. A cook prepares fresh dishes à la Ayurveda three times a day - some from our own cultivation - which are tailored to the doshas (types) and sensitivities of the guests. If desired, yoga is available morning/evening from well-trained teachers. The beautiful colonial-style complex offers two external garden apartments and four ground-floor bedrooms in the main building with very good mattresses and generally good comfort such as fan, AirCon, sanitary facilities, cleanliness, WiFi. The bathroom is open air, which we really liked. The spacious garden with a large swimming pool is a dream and is cared for daily by gardeners. The beautiful beach is just 5 minutes to go around the corner. Villa 386 is a small, fine tropical retreat for health-conscious travelers with a sense of quality, sustainability, efficiency and aesthetics. Health combined with vacation doesn't get any better than this. We'll come back and stay longer!
