Staff had no sense of hospitality and service. Deserve big zero on this aspect. On my arrival found reception vacant and then a one staff member said that individual is out for lunch and you have to wait. Than no sign of welcome drink and with due laziness I had to ask for same but irony is got a lemon water for welcome drink which was rare for me. While leaving I called reception to send someone to take my luggage and after a wait of 15 min I carried my luggage myself in three trips. The receptionist after seeing me also did not bother to lend a help. And at last they did not give a proper bill they might want to save on GST. Food was good and Room was OK but overall a terrible experience when you pay a huge amount.

The restaurant of the resort has finest dishes at great prices . The rooms are well cleaned and room service was very good and last but no the least it is a great value for money. The staffs of the resort are very friendly and helpful in nature so We enjoyed a great stay at here

Overall a wonderful and satisfying experience, right from cleanliness, staff behavior, maintenance of the swimming pool to the quality and variety of cuisine served. Would definitely recommend this property to other people who are visiting Chandipur

Very Good rooms, open view of greenery and beach. Very good breakfast. All staff members are extremely good in providing service. Rooms are clean and spacious. Clean pool, kids really had wonderfull time in the pool.

Overall a wonderful stay! Loved the staff behavior & other facilities were also commendable. Value for money in all aspects. Restaurants served tasty food with sufficient quantity. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Room quality is too good.

Awesome hospitality.....good stuff behaviour.....and specially the complementary breakfast was too good .All the rooms are very clean.... washroom also too good.....but...the drawback is....there is a fixed time to order some food from the canteen.....if the time is over then you can't get any food .....

Think twice before booking this hotel, very worst experience. Unhelpful and rude staff. I had booked this hotel for three days stay, each and everytime when get into the hotel with my car security guy used to give very strange look asking do you have room booked. Building seems to be too old and stinging. Next part is there restaurant, I had opted breakfast and dinner package in goibibo, so each time when I go to have food their staff were responding as if they are giving something for charity from their home and also used to argue you have only 400 rupees limit for dinner. If you look at their menu, just one starter itself is 300, then how do you have complete dinner within 400??. Restaurant staff needs to be trained. At the last day of my check out due to some circumstances I requested for late check out and informed that I would pay for it, but the front office guy was very rude and said no rooms you need to check out. Later I re booked the room through goibibo again, he gave some different small room which was very pathetic. In total it was very bad to stay there. I just wasted one day room charges for just 4 hour extension. They have fake Google review demanding customers to do that. Very bad.
