極光酒店 - 限成人(Aura Hotel Adults Only)

The hotel was very comfortable, service was excellent, the food was superb and the price included breakfast and dinner. We can’t ask for more! This hotel has an outdoor and indoor pool, the lake is within walking distance and in a nice area. I was pleasantly surprised and would spend more time there in the future. Recommending to everybody.

Das Hotel und der Service an sich sind sehr gut. Das Konzept war für uns auch nahezu perfekt. Service freundlich, Spa Landschaft auch gut und die Lage top. Das Essen war einfach großartig. Zimmer groß und sehr sehr gut ausgestattet. Anbei die Zusammenfassung der Abstriche, wieso es nicht die volle Punktzahl gibt: Wasser beim Essen kostet extra. Zimmer wurden nur kurz gewischt, Handtücher nicht gewechselt, auch nach 4 Tagen nicht. Keine Handtücher in den Fitnesstudios und Spa, nur Baumwollunterlagen die zu nichts taugen. Keine Handtücher im Liegebereich. Die Liegen waren zerrissen, sodass man nicht darauf liegen kann, geht einfach nicht bei einem Preis von ca. 170€ die Nacht. Für mich unverständlich, wieso man dies auch nicht ändert, obwohl es seit Jahren in allen Portalen angemerkt wird.

the hotel was exeptionally clean . The spa service very good . Very good breakfast . The dinner not so good ,cold meat soup , main course plain and very small portion , not many options in the buffet . Theu charge you for plain tap water . For a 220 dollar for night a little annoying .

5th event visited this hotel. The hotel very Designed end relaxing place. 🤟🏼😉 clean and delecaded food! Real handmade bread😍 very good location and best of breakfast. Clean wellness 3 saunas. Maximum 5 minutes walking to lake balaton!

It was a very nice and lovely stay, the personal there is really helpful, each and every questions and types of guest they are able to handle. All the meals were just beyond our expectations thanks for the chef. The professionalism of the director and the food and beverage manager makes this place attractive, their job are definitely outstanding. By the way there are some happy hour in the lobby when you are served cocktails 50% off, which is nice. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the wellness is just big enough to recharge your batteries. The hotel is in the near vicinity of the Lake Balaton, so there is no a reprehensible thing. Nice job Hotel Aura Balatonfüred.

The wellness experience could be improved, the saunas were not operating properly, the pools were not warm enough for our taste. Otherwise our stay was pleasant, the food was excellent, the lake is very close. The staff were polite and helpful.

The room is spacious, the drinks and food are good, and the Spa is excellent. But almost everything is a bit expensive, but worth the money. The wine and spirit collection is extensive, and the happy hour provided us with extra and delicious cocktails. For Hungarians it's expensive, but for others it's good, calming experience for a fair price.

Gourmet restaurant, high quality meals (fresh,seasonal,highly delicious)! really friendly and helpful staff, quiet pool (inside and outside too),bar with cocktails and lunch offers. Balaton is 1 min walk,beautiful view! Highly recommended hotel! It was our 4.stay here, best place to rest and refresh!

I spent 3 days at this hotel with my family and we liked it though the hotel itself doesn't t have anything special to offer. It is located on the north-east far end of Balatonfüred. The area is very nice to walk and it is a 10 min walk to get to the heart of the city. The hotel does not have proximity with the lake, you need to walk about 100 m. There are other 4* hotels, which do have beach on Lake Balaton (check my review on Hotel Flamingo, which is found just the opposite side of the city ). Aura hotel is decent hotel, the indoor SPA is small in my view but OK. They define themselves as the only hotel for adults (no children under 14 allowed). If you're looking for a quiet hotel, this may be your best choice. Food was good but if you got used to buffet type of breakfast and dinner then you'll be disappointed. They call their catering as being Hybrid. You can find some food on the buffet table (like cheese, vegetables, desert, etc.) but then a waiter will serve your hot mail (like scrambled eggs, etc.), which you can choose from a 4 choice menu. And this goes for dinner, too. I like this model because I think this way the hotel produces less food waste. We brought an XBOX there and we could not connect it to the TV-set as it was mounted on the wall so that we could not reach to the HDMI port. I went to the reception and they were kind enough to send the maintenance man to our room who knew the trick to dismount the TV-set from the wall. I think this shows that the staff does try to find solutions to your problem.
