This is a nice hotel but it should be rated a 4 star. The location is great - it opens right out on to the beach. The hotel is very clean, the drink selection is good, there are plenty of sun beds. It’s a very short walk into Hanioti - 5/10 mins. There is a lifeguard at the pool daily which was great - he was so friendly, helping with the parasols and greeting us each day. There is no kids club despite it being advertised . However, there were two evenings (Tuesday and Friday) when the entertainment team put on games, face painting, dancing which our daughter really enjoyed. The food is nice but it is very limited - we ate out 3 times during our stay. For a 5 star resort, I would expect someone cooking pancakes/omelettes/pasta dishes. But it was the same meals on rotation each lunch and dinner time and often the food was luke warm or sometimes even cold. There were no theme nights and there are no other on site restaurants to eat at. The room was quite cramped - we had two twin beds made up as a double, a single sofa bed and a camp bed for a family of four. It was very much like we were all sleeping in one bed together. We were the only English guests during our stay so our children only had each other to interact with. Some families were given preferential treatment by the manager with fruit/meat platters, champagne, reserved seating during the Greek night which was a shame. We had emailed the hotel before our stay to let them know it was our wedding anniversary during our stay but this had been ignored. It is our second time in Halkidiki and we would love to return one day but I don’t think we would choose this hotel again.

訪訪客Where to start??? From the moment we arrived we felt like a special guest staff came out to taxi to greet us got luggage out of car etc that’s where it began! We have stayed in lots of 5 ⭐️ hotels around the world including the Atlantis on the palm in dubia and we have never felt this kind of personal & welcoming feeling before. We were in a room on the 5th floor but at 3am in the morn on way to airport to haldiki Hubbie tripped down last few stairs at home & broke his toe! We asked to change to bungalow and it took a couple of days but the manager was so kind and did this for us free of charge or we could have paid extra to use hl lounge but we decided not to and to be honest glad we didn’t. It was coming to the end of season & we drunk them out of Moët Chandon which is our guilty pleasure on hol. The bar & restaurant manager was so friendly he went out and got us more. We got a fruit platter every time we ordered a bottle very nice touch! Even treat ourselves to a dom perignon I know it’s 5 star but the price of champagne and drink is highly overpriced 160 euro for moet and 600 for dom yet in town moet was around 80 euro and 40 euro in supermarket. What we saved in hls we spent and more in champas!! Beds were so comfy and linen was amazing the cleaning staff couldn’t be faulted. Nikos was so friendly and helpful in fact all staff were the made the time to speak to you. Loved the fragrance machines puffing out a gorgeous smell all day. The sea was a gorgeous colour hard to get in and out gracefully due to shingle & stones but so worth it. Sadly pool was just too cold to get into⛄️. Pool towels are a plenty no problem to how many and how often you change them. Topos restaurant was fab girls all lovely! Food in restaurant was good like some others have said maybe room for improvement my opinions are 1. The toaster😡 2. Lack of English breakfast tea. No teaspoons little milk jugs. The fresh orange machine always had a long ques little things the egg station being outside but maybe in refurb will be addressed. I’m personally not a cat person but hainioti has tons of them hotel has a few so on grass in front of bungalow there’s a few cat poops be careful when walking! Think her name is Stella the wine somlier lady was lovely. All staff were chatting to some they were not sure if they would be re- hired after refurb! Hope it’s not due to going for a glamorous looking crew with no personality. Please keep staff you have as they are amazing and aesthetics aren’t everything. Hope to go back next year to see changes but all I can say is don’t hesitate to book this wonderful hotel. Management first class

Situated not far away from the crowded and noisy north side of Kassandra, at the top of a slope with a magical view of Sithonia Peninsula and Gulf of Toroneos this is an ideal place to stay for your vacations. Everything is close within 30min drive unless you wish to drive 10-15minutes more, to visit Sani or Kallithea which is OK. So, this is a 5 star location place. However, once you get into your room, you'll immediately notice that it was left to the ravages of time!!!! Bathroom: very high to get into, short people and kids may need a ladder. All the water from the shower was dropping out on the floor as there was no door or something to prevent the water from coming out. A shower curtain is just 5-10 euros for God's sake to install! Coming out of the shower was like walking on a swimming people and had to be very careful as the floor was slippery. Elecrtic Spots: A broken socket to plug a hair dryer was a point of danger for an electric shock!!!!! There was only one mains plug in each room for your needs. A small Kitchenette as described before booking is nowhere near a Kitchenette. It's just a refrigerator with a kettle hidden in the wardrobe. Beds: Still in use since the 80's. Mattresses: Certainly over 15-20 years old. Need replacement. Sleep was OK but not comfortable. Pillows: Need replacement A/C: Need maintenance. Curtains: Dirty and hanging from their place. Could not be adjusted easily to hide external light from coming into the room. Need replacement. Doors and Windows: Need maintenance or replacement. Veranda: Dirty. Tables and chairs need replacement Closets: Broken Shelves: broken TV: Still looking for the remote control!!! Swimming Pool: OK. Clean. Sunbeds: Dirty. Need replacement. The personnel tried to do anything to help, but they couldn't as there were only three of them, all ladies, one of which was the cleaner. Only one lady to clean all the rooms!!!! I feel very sorry for them, as they are employees to run the businiess of a useless and irresponsible owner. Restaurant: Excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a t least the biggest con of this hotel. A message to the owner: Fix your business to return and recommend it. To all others interested: It's up to you if you prefer location over services or the other way around. You cannot have both unfortunately.

Επιλέξαμε το ξενοδοχείο μετά από πολλά θετικά σχόλια που διαβάσαμε για αυτό και τις παροχές του καθώς και για την τοποθεσία. Τα λόγια είναι περιττά καθώς είναι ένα από τα ωραιότερα ξενοδοχεία που έχουμε επιλέξει,για την κατηγορία όπου ανήκει. Είναι σε πάρα πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Είναι ένα ήρεμο μέρος οικογενειακό και πολύ φιλικό με πολύ ωραία θάλασσα. Πάνω απ όλα δίνουμε συγχαρητήρια στον Σεφ του ξενοδοχείου για το υπέροχο φαγητό και τον πλούσιο μπουφέ που μας παρείχε καθημερινά. Όλα ήταν γευστικά και καλύπτουν όλες τις ανάγκες. Πολυ καλη οργανωση και καθαριοτητα απο το house kepping.Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και χαμογελαστό ιδιαίτερα τα κορίτσια στην ρεσεψιον και του μπαρ. Πάντα χαμογελαστες και πάντα εξυπηρετικές για ότι χρειαστούμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ όλους!!! Σίγουρα θα σας ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!!
