In the district of Porto Maurizio, 25 km from the centre of San Remo, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the sea. Public parking 20 m on the road. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar, bakery, café, pedestrian zone 300 m, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 3 km, sandy beach, pebble beach 500 m. Marina 2 km, cycle lane 300 m. Nearby attractions: Pista ciclabile lungo mare 500 m, Yachthafen Imperia-Oneglia 3 km, Museo dell´ Olivo Carlo Carli 3 km, Schiffahrtsmuseum Museo Navale 500 m, Monte Carlo Monaco 70 km, Dolcedo 9 km. "Le Palme", 4-room apartment 110 m2 on 5th floor.
