Amazing hotel! Probably the only international five star class hotell on Mallorca. Almost as good as some of the top global chains like four seasons and mandarin oriental - but not quite there yet... Special mention to Anna in the breakfast service: Amazing service and a true hospitality talent! We really enjoyed this stay.

Travelled from Canada from our honeymoon and had a great experience! Property location and views are stunning, but a little ways from the beach in the Port. Service and facilities are wonderful, but expensive compared to the other top resorts we stayed at on the island. Even saying that, really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

We booked a last minute weekend to Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel and Spa for my husbands birthday. The holiday was absolutely amazing and surpassed all expectations. We wondered if being a Jumeirah hotel the service would be like that received in Dubai, exceptional. I have to say we were not disappointed. The service by every single person on the team was excellent. They were all so attentive. If I could name each and every one of the I would. ROOM: Very spacious, beautiful decor and unbelievable views. There is no such thing as a bad view from anywhere in this hotel. SPA: Exceptional is the only word I can use. The views from the hydropool were out of this world and there were so many rooms in the spa area. You did not need to have a massage to be able to enjoy it. RESTAURANTS: Breakfast was excellent and once again service exceptional, The dining experience was beyond brilliant, the food amazing and so well thought out. If you are looking to eat dinner at the hotel, half board was good value, the restaurants are not cheap but the food quality is great. Sunset lounge, we did not have time to visit other than pipping in to see the venue. Stunning for evening drinks or a meal. SHUTTLE SERVICE: There is a service that runs from the hotel directly to the port through out the day. Thank you to every member of the Jumeirah Port Soller Team for making our staying exceptional and delivering beyond expectations.

Everybody went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful. Other than an issue at check in that should have been trivial (and no update later)…everybody else deserves special recognition. Thank you for a wonderful stay — we can’t wait to come back.

The staff were incredibly supportive of us when our 15 month old daughter became I’ll. They arrange a doctor to visit us, and we’re constantly inquiring as to her health. The facilities were world class and our room perfectly appointed. Being an ******* Gold member, we received a free upgrade of our room to a junior suite. We had to extend our stay by one day and the hotel only charged us the UN-upgraded room rate. All in all it was a very nice place to end our holiday in Mallorca.

This hotel is 5 starts for a reason! Everything is absolute perfection from the start of our arrival to the moment we left. It’s an absolute treat! Treat yourself to this majestic hotel and property!

From the moment you enter the property you are treated by gracious staff and beautiful surroundings. I would definitely recommend staying at this property and I would not hesitate to stay here again at a future date.

A l.arrivée on nous transbahuter a l.autre bout de l.hôtel par une personne qui apparemment ne connaissait pas bien l.hôtel différents ascenseurs escaliers ect qui nous a lâchés en cours de route pour chercher ou autre personne qui connaissait mieux l.hôtel Nous avons d.ailleurs refuser le logement qui était beaucoup trop loin du bâtiment principal. A 75 ans et fatigué je me voyais mal refaire ce trajet On a finit par nous changer de chambre car j.ai menacé de chad.hôtel
