瑪娜拉管理Raka別墅的評價

This villa was so poorly maintained. There was mold in the bathroom, the bed linen seemed dirty and ac was not working. When we asked the staff to fix it or change our rooms, they said they had sent a technician while we were away and the ac was fixed. However the ac was in the same state and nothing was done. We raised the issue with Trip.com and the hotel wasnt responding. Please do not book this place, it is not as shown in the photos.

Staff were good, the room & cleanliness was good, comfy beds & pillows. Peivate pool area was nice, only let down was the Jacuzzi did not work at all, they do run on timers but even when the timer was active the pump was overall broken

Very friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast supplied was delicious, it was no issue to have my Bali family stay with me a couple of nights and since I flew out of Bali early they allowed them to stay until check out. It is a bit of a walk to Padma Legian, however can be done and Villa to Padma st would be approximately 20-30min walk maybe. There is a couple of laundry’s on the same street, not far from Villa is Indo Mart and some other little shops and street food and warungs. I would definitely stay here again.

위치는 르기안 메인거리와 선셋로드 중간정도 한국인들한테 유명한 와룽 차하야랑 아주 가깝습니다!! 빌라가 조금 오래된 건물어서 사진처럼 깔끔하지는 않고 룸 컨디션은 나쁘지않은데 수영장을 이용하기는 힘들 것 같아요!

Villa strategis & ekonomis tp nyaman. Staff nya melayani dgn baik. Ketika ada kendala AC yg kurang dingin, lsg di datangkan teknisi & AC nya di ganti. Welldone Villa Raka, surely we will comeback

I stayed in villa3.Worst experience. Poor air conditioning, unclean bathroom, moldly pool, sewage issue.such a waste of money! for $350 I would have got more cleaner rooms
