塔曼哈魯馬別墅酒店(Taman Harum Cottages)

Very pleasant good value property with spacious private cottages and a nice swimming pool. The staff here are amazing. Such lovely welcoming and helpful people. We will truly miss them. They have a small restaurant making local freshly cooked dishes and they have a good wood fired pizza oven for those looking for something western. There are a few other cafes and restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. It is about 25 mins from the center of Ubud but it’s an inexpensive taxi ride.

鑰匙是鎖🔒。我們喜歡 Jalan Jalan，步行即可到達馬薩諸塞州巴剎 (Pasar)。我的房間還好，但有時另一個房間的淋浴只出水，但考慮到性價比，我想這是可能的......(^^; 飯店還設有餐廳，我還可以在鄉村享受一個小而美麗的游泳池。 我認為這是在烏布周圍度過輕鬆時光的好地方。

晚上睡覺時沒有周圍的噪音是我最欣賞的！ 工作人員非常友善。 我遺憾的是，他們有一個非常漂亮的游泳池，但沒有維護。我在那兒的整個月裡都很髒，即使我和帶我到處走走的管理員進行了幾次討論，要清理什麼！然後住宿根本不是我們在照片中看到的那樣，在陽光充足的情況下沒有設備的露台毫無用處，非常黑暗且設備簡陋的房間！

The hotel complex is very pretty but we felt they just weren't ready for visitors. There isn't much in the local vicinity and nowhere to eat other than the hotel. The free shuttle into Ubud isn't running, due to covid, they can arrange a taxi for you, driven by one of the hotel staff, at a charge, if you can't get a taxi elsewhere. The laundry service isn't yet operating and apart from the staff in the restaurant, the hotel was pretty empty with a WhatsApp number on reception to contact the staff if you needed anything. The electric was out on our return after a morning in central Ubud, it seemed planned but not communicated to us at breakfast. The included continental breakfast was bread, jam, water and coffee/tea. We only stayed 1 night of planned 4 night stay before moving to a more expensive central Ubud location. The few staff we saw were nice but they need to bring the services back to pre-covid levels to get visitors and keep them!

This is the second time we have stayed here; the first was approximately 5 years ago. We liked it so much, we came back. And we weren’t disappointed. The rooms are really large, the beds are super comfy and the cleanliness is excellent. Only thing to be aware of is that the water for the shower takes a couple of minutes to heat up. But I just started it running beforehand, so wasn’t a problem. The hotel is very quiet despite being on a noisy road. The staff are so lovely; always have a smile. Any questions or requests were dealt with or answered. We love this hotel as it is very authentic and a perfect example of the real Bali. The pool is lovely with enough beds and very clean. We had a few massages at the spa as they were so good and reasonably priced. There is a restaurant at the front of the hotel which we ate at most days. Really good food and good value. There are shops walking distance as well - including a supermarket. Would definitely recommend this hotel. And would definitely come back.
