艾林娜平房酒店(Arlina's Bungalow)

Hôtel situé en bord de route très très bruyant. Les chambres sont très sommaires sans aucun confort de base : par exemple aucun miroir utilisable, pas un crochet pour mettre sa serviette, meuble cassé, poignée de porte à moitié installée... Des détails qui montrent le peu de soin pour tout. Hôtel avec piscine d'eau chaude naturelle mais là encore aucun soin. Sale, pas d'équipements... De plus, petit déj très radin et personnel peu aimable Bref ! A fuir

The room was neither clean nor maintained. The sink was about to fall from the wall. The waiters do not understand any other language than balinese. Our friend who has notions of indonesian also struggled to communicate with them. They organised the hike of mount Batur for us. We booked the long trip and were supposed to receive warm clothes and water from our guide. However, the guide was not aware of that... we ended up being cold and thirsty. Moreover, he made us do the short trip instead of the long one. Once back at the hotel, we asked to speak to the person in charge. We waited for 2 hours and still no sign of him. I highly discourage anyone from staying in this place.
