納圖雷拉酒店(Naturela)

Todo el personal del hotel muy atento y muy dispuestos a ayudarnos en lo que necesitábamos. Incluso nos guardaron las cosas después de hacer check out, para ir a las actividades que teníamos pensadas hacer por el sector, y luego ir a buscar nuestras cosas para movernos. Las instalaciones perfectas, tomamos desayuno ahí uno de los días y estaba muy rico. Usamos la piscina tambien y muy cómoda.

I LOVED at this place! Naturela is right on a Main Street in Uluwatu so money exchange , lots of restaurants , lots of shops and everything a tourist could need is on this street. But the beauty of Naturela is that you don’t need to go elsewhere if you want to stay and eat at their cafe it is excellent food, lots of selection (10 page menu from smoothie bowls to pizza and burgers ). We had smoothie bowls daily - so good , most reasonable price we have found. Staff are very pleasant. They also rent scooters , and the rooms behind the cafe are so quiet, surrounding a nice pool. Fantastic place. Towels were a bit shabby but honestly that is the only downside. I’d stay here again and again.

Check in was smooth even in the late night. Staff are helpful, however, the shower water was salty and not hot. There is room to improve in cleaningness.

Easy access to all the premier surfing spots, very central. Leave for morning surf and come back to naturela homestay for all the food you may want. I stayed for two weeks and did not get sick of the menu, there were plenty of different styles of food and they were all delicious and great prices. Lost one point for the construction going on during the day which can’t be helped and for the scooter not having a right hand turning blinker. If your looking for place to stay, eat, hire scooter, surf at a reasonable price, this is it Tried to add a pic but the wifi isn’t amazing so wouldn’t load

Horrible experience with this accomodation left us $120 out of pocket!! We had to make a last minute cancellation due double-booking ourselves. When we spoke to the receptionist we were told that if we paid the full fee up front for the cancelled booking, they would try to fill the rooms and reimburse us if they managed to rent it out. We didn't want them to lose income because of our mistake so decided to trust them and pay for the full stay. After seeing online that they had managed book our rooms out for the full period that we had cancelled, we returned to the accommodation to claim our refund. It was then that they changed their story and told us that we had no right to a refund under the *********** T&Cs. They essentially made profit from the room twice, once with our booking and once the booking that replaced ours! The fact that they had lied to us about the refund made it much more difficult to deal with, it ruined our stay in Bali. The hotel itself looked fine, but don't trust these guys to keep their word or help you out if you find yourself in a similar position. Profit comes first for them.

We've stayed here for 3 days now. The pool is what you can expect for this price, the rooms comes hand in hand. The problem is the service. I've worked in the service industri for 10 years. And, I know, that it is the details that makes the differnce. We were out for a few beers one night and bought some "cup noodles" or "pop mie" for late night snack after out dinner. As the most of you know, the hot water is always free at your hotel/hostel or mart where you buy the noodles. We came back to the hostel and since we have no chance to boil water in our room we kindly asked the staff in the reception/resturant to give us some hot water for the noodles. to our suprise: they wanted tro charge us for the hot water. It's not about the price, i'ts about the service. This made us really think about the total wiev of the place. How we have been treated since we arrived and what has really been the treat for us. Honestly, we are paying for the service. The least I except is some good manners and a helping hand... This is not directed to the "new girl" in red who asked for help. But the manager of the night. /// step up, and you could recive a decent 3+'
