烏布穀精品度假村(Ubud Valley Boutique Resort)

這是一家很棒的精品酒店，山谷的景色和我們的別墅都很棒。這個位置非常美麗。它可能就像一片天堂。在無邊際泳池裡游泳，看著山谷，真是難以置信的享受。除了鳥叫聲之外，不可能聽到任何聲音。房間很乾淨而且非常舒適。浴室又大又乾淨。工作人員很友好。早餐還不錯。花園和房間都很棒。房間裡有蚊帳。經過長時間的點評，我在眾多知名大型飯店中選擇了這家飯店。這確實是正確的選擇。謝謝

Maravilloso hotel de solo 10 cabañas, exclusivo y rodeado de hermosos y exuberantes jardines. Excelente cocina balinesa en una terraza de ensueño. 3 transfer a Ubud en el día aunque cuesta salir del hotel. Servicio de masajes muy profesional en una sala muy bonita.

Séjour dans une bulle de douceur, de calme et de serenite. L'endroit est magnifique, le personnel extrêmement sympathique et le séjour très reposant. Cela reste un souvenir tres agreable et nous avons une farouche envie de revenir dès que nous le pourrons.

Positive points: - The hotel is very beautiful and matches the photos. It is located in the nature far from the centre (about 20-30 min by car), so there is a possibility to walk around the hotel and meet villagers. - The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom - 4 bottles of drinking water every day in the room - The fruit juices are very good (especially the banana juice) - They offer a second cleaning service in the room free of charge - Free yoga classes in the morning - The view is magnificent Negative points : - The price of transport to points of interest is excessive (e.g. 250,000 Rp = 16 euros versus 140,000 Rp = 8.75 euros with a taxi to Tegallalang). Prefer to use traditional taxis or download the grab app. - The staff don't speak English very well, so there's often a lot of confusion and adapting to different situations. - Staff are constantly coming up with free or paid services, which can be annoying and oppressive when you're in the hotel to rest. There is a lack of co-ordination, as during one meal we were approached three times to sign up for the paid barbecue evening that we had already been told about the previous days. - There was little staff presence in the restaurant in the evening (difficult to ask for something, long waiting times). - Dirty mosquito net ++

Une merveilleuse expérience : Hotel somptueux Accueil des plus délicats Du calme et de la nature Les petits déjeuners sont d’une grande qualité, avec des fruits frais et locaux Un hôtel que vous avons eu du mal à quitter même après y avoir passé 3 nuits.

Magnifique resort dans un cadre superbe. Calme garanti. Personnel adorable avec les enfants. Bon restaurant. Grande piscine. Chambres impeccables tant dans les villas que dans les bungalows. Pas mieux à Ubud à ces prix. Convient à ceux qui recherchent le calme après l'agitation de Ubud.

We stayed in the 2 BR Villa with private pool overlooking the jungle gorge. Amazing view from the infinity pool into the jungle with a river about 200 ft below. Very private, very quiet, very comfortable. The service is excellent and the restaurant/bar was also great. It's a bit out of town (Ubud), but we had a driver to pick us up and bring around to the local sights. There is also a shuttle into Ubud a few times per day. Excellent in every way.

I dont know where to start…Outstanding service, spectacular hidden gem in Ubud. Honestly, I thibk this has been my best hotel stay. The Whole Ubud Valley family made us feel at home away from home. I travelled with my husband and my 8 month baby and I can telm you that the hotel is super comfortable and the staff are extremely nice, accomodating and trying their best for you to have the most wonderful experience. Thank you Nia, Epa, Sulis and Komin for all the care (arranging tours, special romantic dinner, take away breakfast, indinesian bbq and great attitude!). Also, special thanks to our driver Guyan for being the most wonderful tour guide. On top of this, we had an amazing pool villa; the hotel offers daily activities and a shuttle to the aubud city center (when I resd the previous reviews they stated that the hotel was very far away but I didnt think so. On the contrary, it is located in a calm village away from all the traffic and noise from the Ubud city center). I hope I can come back to Bali and stat here again :)
