阿誇努薩 - 藍夢島精品別墅酒店(Aqua Nusa - Luxury Lembongan Villas)

Simply wonderful villa experience. We stayed in Villa Tinggi, which was perfect for our family of 4 - especially two bathrooms with a teenager. The views are breathtaking, and staff super responsive via their preferred communication channel WhatsApp. It was great having a pool as part of our villa - perfect when returning from activities, especially if walking up the stairs. There is a nice range of snacks and drinks provided within the Villa - but I'd certainly recommend stocking up via the local warungs to save a few $$. Filtered water is provided free of charge, and we had no issues using. Also, if your ferry provider doesn't include transfers to the villa, they will come get you for free - I'd recommend checking before you leave Sanur so you can prearrange that. Free transfers are also provided via the O'Hana shuttle, including to get to O'Hana for food and drinks (which is great). But the restaurants at the bottom of the steps are worth checking out and are easy walking distance. Highly recommend staying here. Hopefully we'll be back!

Nous avions la villa chantique. La terrasse et la vue sont sublimes mais la villa en elle-même nécessite d’être rénovée. Le mitigeur de la douche est resté dans mes mains, la porte de la salle de bain/toilettes ne se fermait pas (super pour l’intimité), les ventilateurs étaient rouillés, l’évier de la cuisine plein de calcaire, la chambre du bas n’était pas jolie du tout et vieillotte avec un très mauvais wifi, un balcon sans soleil et un lave pied en guise de « piscine ». Impossible également de prendre une douche en même temps dans les deux chambres ou l’un à la suite de l’autre car sinon l’eau est froide. Le ménage est à moitié fait (salles de bain et sol pas nettoyés, serviettes pas remplacées…). Dans cet hôtel le ménage c’est simplement faire le lit semble t-il. Par ailleurs si la vue est belle devant, lorsqu’on regarde derrière il y a un chantier en construction plein de gravats (voir photo). Ainsi, même si la vue est magnifique, cela ne vaut absolument pas le prix très élevé pour Bali ni la qualification de 5 étoiles. Sachez également que si vous réservez sur booking, l’hôtel vous demandera de les payer directement, immédiatement après la réservation, alors qu’il est pourtant indiqué un délai de paiement d’un mois sur booking. Et surtout ils ajoutent des frais, notamment de paiement pas carte bancaire (globalement avec leurs frais j’ai payé plus de 70 euros de plus que le prix de départ indiqué sur booking).

Beautiful stay at Villa Asri. The villa is perfect. There are quite a few stairs down the cliff, which is fine for us and the trade off for the amazing view, though if you had difficulty with stairs than this may not be the best choice - but the view and villa is incredible so definitely worth it!

Great stay with a group of friends (3 x couples) in the 3-bedroom villa. I believe the 3-bedroom villa is the least high end villa, still very comfortable, but is more of a mid-range price point and aimed for groups and families. I had a look in one of their more expensive 1-bed villas and it was amazing. For us as a group our villa, this was perfect as we didn't want to break the bank. Not too far up the stairs, great private pool and lounging space, and easy distance to get to the surf and beach. Also easy walk to bars and restaurants. 180 bar was great for sunset, and Lago was great for a morning coffee. We also took advantage of the free shuttle they offer to their sister business, Ohana's, which is probably the busiest and most happening beach club on the island. This is the second time I have stayed here. This time it was Villa Tinggi and it was one of the most amazing views I have ever seen. The villa itself was immaculately clean with a fresh environment and so comfortable. The check-in staff were so helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out...and even beyond as they drove us to the harbour and carried our luggage to the ferry check in for us. We spent a day at their beach club (Ohana's) and everything was great. Food, service and tunes. Lot's of mixed customers there and they even have a large pool out the back to chill in. Oh, it has a swim up bar as well. Rooms look fresh (we didn't stay) but heard others staying there mentioning how nice and comfortable they are. When there, the reception team referred us to snorkeling which we did the next day and it was amazing. Anyways, cannot say enough about the whole time we spent there. Wonderful experience. We had a great time here and cannot fault it. The villa was amazing with stunning views, beautifully appointed with quality finishes and meticulously clean. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable and helped us with anything we needed. Location is great, just down some steps and you a have a selection restaurants and bars and with motorbike rental from the reception, you can explore a little further around this beautiful island. Thank you again, we can't wait to be back.

All this place has for it is good views, staff look down on you and are rude. Very surprised at how dirty the property was. There are unfortunately far better places to stay on the island and I wouldn't pay the ridiculous prices these offer again for Nusa. Also reading other reviews and responses from the hotel it looks like they take absolutely ZERO responsibility for giving paying customers a poor experience which summarises their attitude in person. We wont be booking this again, shame really as we visit nusa once a year.

Avoid at all costs. Very disappointed that the pictures look nothing like the villa, the place was very dirty and we found the staff very rude and and unhelpful. The villa is down a un-accessible track with no offer of hotel transferring luggage. The vila was very basic and only cold water supply to shower , these pictures must have been taken so long ago, it's actually a fraud ! I wish we booked the Tamarind instead we had friends stay there and it was beautiful 5* luxury experience.
