Heel erg mooi resort! Alles is aanwezig. De mensen zijn lief en behulpzaam. Je kunt hen alles vragen en ze proberen alles voor elkaar te krijgen! Groot zwembad en hele grote kamers. Zeker een pluspunt! Een oase van rust hangt rondom het hele resort.

While is Bali, we had to extend one more night in Ubud and we chose this hotel because there was a family room. However, when we checked in at about lunch time, we couldn't find any food. There was no food service available!! So we ordered mobile application food delivery service Grab to get something to eat. No waters, coffee, tea in the room. No in room phone line and wifi was very weak. The location was a little deserted and there were not many restaurants, kiosks around. It took about 15 min by car to the center of Ubud. The worst part was that there was a big group who had a pool party with a very LOUD music whole night. We couldn't rest and got very stressed because the room was right in front of the pool. When I talked to the desk that we would like some quietness and asked how to bring this concern to the person in charge, nobody seemed to be in charge of this hotel. The man simply said the staff went home!! He was the only on onsite that night and had no idea about our concern. The security guard at the gate. I felt then very unsafe. Obiviously this hotel is kind of a private resident without management and give one room away for a walk im guest. You cannot expect the solution from the management if you come across some problem. It was a terrible night and I don't quite recommend this place.

Bel établissement, chambres très spacieuses. Bel extérieur très bien entretenu. Très grande piscine avec prêt de serviettes de bains. Un personnel très serviable, très chaleureux toujours prêt à rendre service(location scooters, lavage,racommodage,taxi). Merci à Hartana,Wawan,Intan,Arik , et à tous ceux que je n'ai pas cité.

Hotel manager decided to sell all the rooms for a bigger price than we paid in advance. When 5 different guests were coming to the reception they just said it was a mistake when our booking was made and they didn’t see it in the system. They just offered us to pay double price at the reception to stay. This hotel is a ripoff.

My family and another friend's family went there for one night stay. It showed up as a nice place in pictures. But when we showed up there, it's in middle of nowhere. The biggest surprise was they don't have any food or drinks facility in the hotel or nearby. Not sure how any hotel can exist without a kitchen, when they promise breakfast included! In the evening when we reached, as the hotel staff told us they would arrange food from some nearby place as they don't have an operational kitchen. They shared images to select food. We ordered and after 15 min they said most of the options were not available. We reselected and after 1 hour the food was served (and it was cold). They asked us to preselect food for breakfast, that they arrange from some other location. And of course its served cold! The bathrooms were not clean. The water pressure in shower was too low to be even usable. This facility seems to be badly managed. The hotel staff, which were courteous were put in bad situation by their bad management. I will recommend every travel to avoid this place.

Excellent stay in hotel with very helpful staff and hotel's big room size makes our stay more comfortable and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family as it's in center of most of attractive places Thank you to make our stay memorable. We will visit again soon.
