卡香堤村酒店(Villa Burung in Kashantee Village)

很棒的飯店，優越的地理位置，我特別想提的是餐廳服務員和餐廳本身。一切都處於非常不錯的水平。除了早餐外，我們經常在飯店吃午餐或晚餐。飯店位於海邊，步行非常輕鬆方便。飯店區的綠化植物數量和種類令人印象深刻。 唯一的缺點是，晚上在二樓的房間裡你可以聽到供水系統發出無盡的「轟隆」聲。 （ 這就是我們被轉移到另一個房間的原因。網路很弱。如果這個收緊的話，那麼一切都會是前五名

Hotel is very good. Room rate is good for the kind of hotel. It is a bungalow type. Big room. Excellent breakfast. Staffs very friendly. 5-10 minutes to beach.

Hotel setting is beautiful and located in an excellent back street in walking distance to the beach. We walked to the beach and all the way along to Seminyak beach multiple times which is ideal. The room was nice and clean however there were a few ants and the toilet flush broke, the shower could do with a good clean. The pool was filthy and way to hot, this needs work doing. Overall we were pleased with our stay here, food was amazing, staff were amazing it could just do with a freshen up.

We stayed here for 5 nights in September and we were disappointed on a few counts considering the cost. The whole place could do with a good clean and revamp, particularly the bathroom and toilet areas. All needs a good freshen up. The pool had tiles missing and the pool lounges are mouldy and very stained. Could do with more umbrellas too. The restaurant offered a good breakfast choice and the presentation of the food was good. With a bit of work this place could be good but unfortunately has had its "use by date" in its current state.

We loved our stay at Kashantee Village. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which was perfect for a romantic couples trip. The main reception and dining area is beautiful and traditional, the rooms are modern beachy vibes. Easy walk down to the beach. The service was outstanding, every employee was so kind and cheerful, and helpful with arranging things such as a motorbike for us to rent. Loved the turn down service in the evenings, with a surprise treat left in the room each night! The swim up bar in the pool has happy hour with very reasonably priced drinks. Our only small issue was with the shower head, otherwise the facilities were all great. Would stay here again next time!

This place needs a renovation. The rooms and facilities look nothing like they were on the pictures in their glory days. Also after traveling in Bali for a longer period i was shocked with how bad the service and facilities overall were. Bad wifi, no beach towels, no greetings when we came back or left, overpriced drinks (40k for small water), no water refill and the list goes on. It would be fine in the lower price segment but it was not.

- Hotel staff attentive, was able to arrange taxi's no problem for excursions / airport. - Spa opposite hotel was a good experience / good value for money. Lovely massage. - Despite smell, room was very clean and tidy. Bed very comfy, wide range of TV channels including sports channels. Disliked - Not an improvement for the hotel but worth noting we found the location to be a little far out if you're looking to walk to Seminyak Square / Flea Market & places to eat. (20min walk, best route - up the beach if you don't mind sandy feet). - Limited vegan options on hotel menu. - Our fault however assumed this was a beach front hotel. It isn't, 5min walk which was fine / easily accessible. - Off-putting drainage smell in hotel room. (deluxe double room). - A/C was loud / clunky, found it hard to get to sleep with it switched on occasion.

We stayed in the bungalow closed to the facilities, while it was definitely nice enough, it was not as clean or special as I had expected for only a roughly 6 year old accommodation? Unfortunately the bathroom was VERY tired, wobbly taps, stained walls, floors, curtains, sinks etc. Towels were also very tiny sad looking. Great that they offer free mini bar/snacks.

Traditional style with all the ammenities. Bungalows provide a wonderful feel and good value. Comfortable and clean. Well maintained facilities with well appointed traditional decor. Friendly staff from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping. Easy walk to the beach, shopping and other dining options in the area. Great spa next door.
