儘管與朋友度過了一個愉快的假期，但由於我們遇到的工作人員的不一致和不準確，這很難放鬆。設施需要迫切更新，因為線上網站上的照片看起來像是5-10 年前發布的，現在躺椅套上發霉了，躺椅壞了，泳池側壁上長滿了青苔，臥室裡的床單也破了。不僅住宿需要更新，手冊和網站也需要更新，因為飯店提供洗衣服務（付費服務），但飯店實際上並不提供這項服務，我們不得不穿過馬路到自助洗衣店洗衣服。飯店也提供免費機場接送服務，但事實並非如此。 飯店工作人員堅稱他們的刷卡機壞了，所以我們必須以「特價」用現金支付所有費用，這看起來並不像是特價。 儘管有幾位工作人員並且他們不願意提供幫助，或者態度惡劣，但我們還是度過了愉快的住宿時光，而且酒店距離酒店足夠近，可以乘坐GRAB 出租車或踏板車前往附近的海灘，車程5 -10 分鐘。如果您想獨處，不想與朋友或家人一起享受“酒店體驗”並使用設施做飯，那麼這裡可能是您的理想選擇。

It is hard for me to reconcile some of the reviews we see with the place we visited. In my opinion - Nothing is clean . The shower screen and fittings are covered in soap scum , The pool is dirty . The fridge has not been cleaned for some time I would think . . I think the location is good close to the Main Street and shops and bars but for me personally I am sure there are much better places to stay . I would not recommend

工作人員非常熱情好客，細心解答我們的任何問題。私人的，步行即可到達水明漾主要景點和海灘。步行1分鐘即可到達按摩、超市和餐飲場所。我們房間裡的工作人員每天為我們準備早餐，我們都非常喜歡。飯店內大約有 14 棟別墅，但每棟別墅都非常私密，為我的家人提供房間按摩服務和照顧服務

This is a excelent villa experience, totally private, villa has its own large private pool and open kitchen facilities. Decor is 100% Balinese furnishing which really adds to the overall unique experience . Breakfast is served in your villa. Just request a time and staff will come and cook for you inside the villa with total privacy. Bathroom has open rain showers again with total privacy. Beautiful gardens inside and outside the villa. The feeling is so unique its like you are living in your own balinese home with all the modern facilities. I saw many guest here from Australia and european countries. The water in the villa pool is also warm for a very late night or early morning swim. Staff here always smile and say hello every time you pass.

Generally we had a “nice” stay. Not amazing, not terrible. The property is a bit run down feeling, and the attention to detail is lacking. The photos of the property online would have been when it was brand new and it doesn’t look like that now. If you don’t look closely then it’s nice. Eg. The outdoor bathroom is cool, however the toilets aren’t secured to the floor so the shift when you sit on them, the shower doesn’t drain so you’re standing in 2inches of your own shower water while you wash, the floor in the shower wasn’t cleaned, no hand towels, the air conditioning unit in one of the rooms smelled weird and musty despite being cool, towels often a bit marked. The breakfast cooked in the room was nice, however despite the staff having a key to the room they’d bang like crazy on the door and scream at the top of their lungs “HELLO BREAKFAST” again and again until you woke up and got out of the bed to let them into the villa. Then they’d cook the food while you might have dozed back off then they’d bang on your bedroom door screaming HELLO BREAKFAST again again again. Just super unnecessary and not a calm way to start the day when you’ve booked the breakfast for a certain time, and they could just let themselves in to cook. We made a note for them to let themselves in in the future rather than waking us up on arrival and then again once it was ready which they did listen to once, but then the loud banging/yelling wake ups continued. Late checkout payment seemed dodgy

Amazing Stay! Good for couple as it is a private villa. It is one of the best place so far we’ve stayed here in bali. Staff we’re all friendly. Especially Siska and Putri who were cooking our breakfast. They were friendly and looked after us during our stay. Villa was amazing, it has it’s own pool and the room was spacious. They change your sheets everyday if you request. Internet was fast too. Breakfast was included but if you wanted to eat out you can as it is only about 10 mins walk to the town centre or you can ride a bike which is cheap if you don’t want to walk. They also have 2 bedroom villa if you want to take kids. We’re taking our kids next time we come back.
