We appreciate your comments regarding the resort's distance from Ubud. As stated in our description, we do not advertise being located in the heart of Ubud, but rather in a tranquil setting about 20 minutes away from the center. Our proximity to nature and our village location means guests may experience the sounds of the jungle, which adds to the serene ambiance. Regarding the shuttle service to Ubud's center, which operates three times a day and concludes at 6:40 PM, this schedule allows guests to manage their dinner plans and return at their convenience using their own transportation, which is easily accessible in Ubud's center and via driver service platforms such as GeJek and Grab. We have in the past offered an evening service, but due to low demand and varying dinner plans was cancelled. We also value your feedback on our restaurant, spa, and breakfast coffee. Your input is important to us, and we will work on improving these areas to enhance our guests' experience.
