爪哇皇家別墅(Javana Royal Villas)

Walaupun ada sedikit miskomunikasi dengan pihak hotel, tetapi semua bisa terselesaikan dengan baik. Hotel ini memiliki pelayanan yg bertanggung jawab. Lokasi sangat bagus, pelayanan bagus, parkir luas. Kebersihan bagus.

I stayed at javana royal villas on my birthday. We had amazing experience. Food was so delicious and the staff is so helpful and kind.Must stay at this villa when you are visiting Seminyak in Bali. Just loved it

I stayed in a one bed villa. The key selling point is the large 13m x 3m pools which were fantastic. They are 1.4m deep the whole length so good for lap swimming. The pool was clean and got enough sun to stay refreshing and cool. The villa facilities were good, big bathroom, comfortable clean beds. The staff were all friendly, especially the guards on security at the gate. Food was also good with large breakfast spreads and some items done very well - the Shakshuka eggs was well executed and wouldn't be out of place in one of the fancy cafes outside. The location is set back from the very, very busy Jalan Petitenget but you have no road noise in the villa. There is some building work opposite but the noise was minimal when I stayed and it didn't bother me at all. All of Seminyak and surrounding areas is a quick cab ride. Out the door you have some excellent restaurants very close - I highly recommend 'York' across the road for dinner and superb cocktails. Taco Casa for excellent Mexican, Pison Cafe for the coffee lovers and gourmet breakfasts.

This Was My First Villa For My Birthday Trip. I Loved My Stay! The Staff Was Great and The Room, Just Everything! I Loved My Pool and The Food as Well. I Should Of Taken a Picture of That Chicken Sandwich, So Good.

逃離 ！租別墅度蜜月卻變成了一場惡夢。 - 0衛生 - 床鋪滿糞便和血跡 - 撕裂的窗簾 - 額外刮傷的地板 - 未清洗的游泳池 破舊的設施和照片證明！沒有得到所有員工的認可，這限制了指責我們是所有這些因素的根源。我們警告他們我們要提出索賠，但這並沒有阻止他們向我們收取這棟別墅 130 歐元的費用。我們停留了不到 24 小時，就決定逃離該機構。

If you're looking for a villa in the Seminyak area, then I would say this place is a must-stay. Me and my partner loved everything about it, we only stayed for three nights as we were moving around but we wished we stayed here for longer! The villa itself has a huge swimming pool and everything inside and outside was clean. The breakfast options were great as well as the taste of the food. I'd recommend the floating breakfast! The staff are incredibly hospitable, always smiling and just seem like a genuinely good bunch of people. We were made welcome all the way from check-in to check-out. They also do their best for your comfort such as lighting incense to keep mosquitos away outside your villa. As well as being an amazing place to relax and wind-down, the location is great as it is walking distance between shops and restaurants. They offer a shuttle to Seminyak square and the beach but we used Gojek and Grab instead to fit around a time that was preferable to us. If I ever get the chance to visit Bali again this is going to be the first place I think of booking!

Great spot and very tidy and at least the sun actually spends some time over the 14m private pool so you don't freeze . Lovely polite staff and short walk from good eateries ... really can't fault it . Bit of work going on next door with new hotel but noise level wasn't any bother and privacy maintained . Room huge and Aircon sized correctly for it so you won't get hot. Have no hesitations recommending it to couples and there are family villas available as well by the looks of it . 10/10 will stay again regards Adrian and Korrina

We absolutely loved staying here for our 10 day trip! The room was much larger than expected and the pool was lovely and clean. It’s located at the top end of Seminyak but still close to favourites like Ling Lings, Ingka and Kynd for food. Our room was cleaned at least once a day, sometimes twice! When they came back to give us dessert in our room it was lovely to come back from dinner to a fresh room. The only downside they did not have a scale available to weigh our bags upon checkout but you could easily bring your own from home which we forgot.

Very warm and hospitable staff. Everyone has always smile on their faces. During our 8 nights stay in the property, we felt like it is our home. The security guards are always there to assist us and to always greet us with a warm smile even on the late night evenings. Very charming villas nearby good restaurants and spas! A little bit far on the beach but a good 20 minutes walk won’t hurt much. The villa and the whole area is very well maintained. Special mentioned to the housekeeping team for all their efforts. It was a very memorable stay for us. ❤️
