The hotel is in a quieter location but still easy to access plenty of restaurants and activities around Kuta. This is our second stay, it’s a great place close to the airport via Grab or airport transfer. The restaurant is lovely too

Very nice location and traditional style Hotel

2 other groups made the same mistake as me and mixed up La Walon and La Grand Walon as I stayed at grand before but didn't pay enough attention. Opposite a big building site. Breakfast and staff good and rooms large but place is run down and not like La Grand Walon so switched hotels after 1st night and although owned by same company wouldn't change over so lost 2 nights charge but had no real choice as Grand is in better area and location which is why I wanted that in first place. Beware of this as if 3 groups on same day made same mistake must be common. The Walon group should account for this and do exchange internally as it's the same company even if pay only for the difference.
