Vriendelijk personeel zoals overal. De kamer is aan vervanging toe. Wat een oude troep. Douchegordijn is bruin en dat is niet zijn oorspronkelijke kleur... Wastafel veel te laag en nagenoeg geen waterdruk Alles is erg oud en voelt groezelige aan. De badkamer is gewoonweg smerig. Verblijf gelukkig maar 1 nacht

Groot hotel, mooie kamers (nieuwe gedeelte). Heeft links en rechts wel achterstallig ... onderhoud nodig. Kapotte (scherpe snijranden) aan veel zwembadtegeltjes, trapje om zwembad uit te komen, verroest en los zittend. Stoelen ligkussens oud, niet schoon. Ontbijt prima! Locatie prima, personeel erg vriendelijk.

Prima hotel; kamer mooi, ruim, hygiene goed; vriendelijk personeel; ontbijt voldeed. Wat wij storend vonden was de opdringerige muziek bij het ontbijt. Veel zwembadtegeltjes waren kapot en dus scherp (snijden) waardoor snijwondjes ontstonden onder je voeten.

Een geweldige locatie, voor het personeel is niets te veel, kundig en vriendelijk. Heeft eigen restaurant met voortreffelijk eten voor een paar euro. Dagelijks schone lakens en handdoeken, ontbijt niet veel keuze, maar thuis eet ik ook niet 2 maanden hetzelfde op brood, dus we halen gewoon waar we zin in hebben. Strand is dichtbij, veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt op loopafstand, anders een Grabtaxi naar de markt voor 60cent. We hebben weer geboekt voor komende winter voor 3 maanden. Heerlijk nu alweer zin in.

Die alte grantige und frustrierte Dame in der Lobby müsste entweder ersetzt werden oder man müsste ihr erklären, dass ihr überhebliche, herablassend, auslachend, freche und unprofessionelle Art und Weise einfach inakzeptabel ist. Ich schreibe eigentlich nur Rezensionen wenn ich super zufrieden bin oder das Gegenteil der Fall ist. Diese Frau hat mir schon nach 2 Minuten Hotelerfahrung die Lust zu diesem Hotel vertrieben. Einen Preis bekommt sie jedoch, sie ist bis jetzt die erste überaus unfreundliche Person die mir in Bali begegnet ist. NIE WIEDER DIESES HOTEL!

I have been traveling in South East Asia for 30 years. This is the first time I have ever walked out of a massage. I had a headache and asked for a 45 min neck and shoulder massage and 45 min reflexology to alleviate the headache. The nice lady massaged my calves and then my back. It was more rubbing in the oil, with the occasional jamming of knuckles and and elbows in my back and soles of my feet with out warning, than a massage. When I left, I had a limp because of pain in my calf

Beautiful place. OLD. Traditional . Bad insufficient wi fi in oldere part, lobby and pool area. TERRIBLE! Lots of screaming, jumping , arguing UNminded kids at the pool which is next to the row where the rooms are located.( other Loud guests screaming on their phone calls in the pool area and resturant area rather than doing this in their room. Guest were impolite of others on vacation ,too. No shortage of crying babies. At night some people, friends sat out at the tables near the pool and were very boisterous until After 12 midnignt. Very nice staff. Good food. Even other guest remarked to us that the screaming kids at the pool and UNreliable WiFi ruined their visit at Ari Putri.

Rooms are quiet with comfortable beds. Included breakfast was very limited and disappointing. Only two hot options. Bread, waffles and toaster available but no syrup for the waffles or pancakes. No fresh milk for tea and coffee only powdered creamer. No kettle/ jug in room to make own tea or coffee. Combined shower and bath. So caution advised if unstable on your feet.

Had 2 great weeks at the hotel. All clean and getting back on their feet after Covid. Been in another hotel in 2024, same class, but Ari Putri was much better. Pools are clean, Spa is immaculate , breakfast is relaxed and eggs cooked to order. Loving the frappe's at hotelbar and restaurant is always worth a visit. Even guests of other hotels rate restaurant well.

have no idea why this hotel gets such good reviews. We stayed three nights in two ground floor standard rooms. The rooms are very, very dark, gloomy and in desperate need of maintenance. No natural sunlight or ventilation. The strong, musty and damp smell prompted me to check the pillows. Between the two rooms five pillows were badly stained and spotted with mould. The cold and unfriendly woman on reception was unapologetic but gave us clean replacement pillows. It’s unacceptable to think housekeeping overlooked the gross state of the pillows. The water pressure in room 109 is non existent and hot water takes ages to come through. The curtains don’t completely cover the window, letting light from the garden come through during the night. The bar fridge is noisy and furniture hasn’t been updated since the beginning of time. Breakfast is underwhelming , but the restaurant is good and cheap. Lovely grounds and nice pool. If you get up early enough you might just get a sun lounge before the regulars throw a towel down and claim a spot for the entire day….every day. Location to the beach is the only good thing about this hotel.

Very small standard room, no kettle, no safe , apparently both rooms we had booked the safe had been sent for repairs? Balcony was suffocating! Reception lady was rudest person I’ve ever met in Bali. Didn’t expect 5 star, as we didn’t pay for 5 star. The photos on this site and theirs are misleading, no Pool bar. Quaint hotel, friendly guests.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this quaint hotel. Spacious room with a very private balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking the 2nd swimming pool. Both pools are lovely, clean and deep. Beautiful gardens. Interesting architecture. Close to all amenities and a 5 minute walk to the beachfront. The breakfast offered was quite good. Eggs, toast, Bali rice, tea, coffee , fresh fruit etc. Nothing too fancy but it is included in the price. My only grouch would be the shower head in the bathroom ( old and not a good spray ) and the wifi which seemed to have a mind of its own ( on, off, on, off ) Staff did their job well and most times were friendly and helpful. For what we paid, I’d def. Stay here again.

Quite varied menu. Food is really nice..Dishes are also very decent size. Staff service. Is ordinary - very hard to get served. But food is good. I had the chicken curry . Western as well Indo food. Also attached to a hotel villa type setup. Looks quite reasonable as well.

Some people griped about the AC, and yes it wasn't as strong as I'd like, but this is a gorgeous hotel, with absolutely great service. High degree of professionalism by the staff, exceptionally clean with fantastic facilities. On my trip, I went to 4 hotels and this one was hands down the best. You have a huge washroom, and a nice balcony, a mini fridge, attractive pool and great breakfast buffet. I stayed 4 nights and this was the best customer service experience I had in Bali.

I’m not sure why this hotel rates so well. We stayed here for a short time and found it to be average. We are used to staying in budget accommodation so we do not expect anything flash. However, the rooms are very dingy. The air conditioning seemed to be set at a certain temperature and it didn’t get cold. Woke up a lot through the night wishing we could turn the temp down. The bed was quite fragile. Every time hubby turned over the bed moved. The hot water we thought was not working, but the tap goes to the right for hot and needs to be running for at least 5 minutes before it gets hot. There is no kettle or hair dryer in rooms and no face washer or hand towel. They do supply shampoo and soap and there is a fridge. Room was in need of repair walls crumbling, drawers broken towel hook hanging by a thread. Breakfast was adequate. Eggs cooked to your liking. A couple of hot dishes of noodles and pancakes available. Fresh fruit, toast,waffles,juice and tea and coffee. No bacon for those who enjoy as part of a hot breakfast. The main pool was under maintenance throughout our stay which was disappointing. There was fortunately a second smaller pool which was a relief but not really big enough for the amount of guests. The grounds are lovely. It’s a tradition old style Bali hotel with beautiful gardens and lighting.
