布米阿玉酒店(Bumi Ayu Bungalow Sanur)

Had a superior room but there was nothing superior about it! The pictures on *********** of superior rooms turned out to be pictures of the deluxe rooms instead! Cheaky. So, looked at ********** where the pictures actually were of the superior rooms but they had been style quite differently. There are no 4 poster beds here at all, no moscito nets and the wodden furniture in the bathroom (which doesn't match the pictures) is in serious need of some care! Lots of ants inhabited the furniture around the fridge. No chairs and table in the room either and no fruit basket on arrival as stated on website. Beautiful garden and pool area. Nice breakfast.

We have just returned from spending two weeks at Bumi Ayu and wish I spend two months . This is the cleanest most friendly accommodation I have stayed at in Sanur and the pool is beautiful . We got a super deluxe bungalow by the pool . It was such a treat every day to open our door and have a view of the pool . This place is so peaceful and honestly felt like coming home . I cannot talk highly enough of the service and staff at Bumi Ayu . Also only one street back from the beach and close to many wonderful restaurants . We have already booked to come back to Bumi Ayu bungalows .

Luogo di relax immerso nel verde anche se in centro Sanur, comodo vicino alla strada principale dove sono tutti i ristoranti e bar. Personale molto gentile ed efficiente, pulizia quotidiana completa della camera, diverse tipologie di colazioni a disposizione.

Nous avons appréciés d héberger dans cet hôtel. L espace chambre ainsi que la terrasse sont très agréables. La piscine et les jardins extérieurs sont magnifiques.Petit bémol pour notre salle de bain qui est très spacieuse mais devrait être revu car refoulement d eau avec odeur désagréable (problème signalisé au personnel de l hotel).

Nicely situated hotel. Short walk to the main street. Basic breakfast but still good. Staff were really nice and attentive. Room is a little dated but its large. Bathroom could do with makeover. Decent pool but the paving was loose in some parts. Would stay again.

Excellent accomodation, ambience and food. Staff were exceptional, well kept grounds and pool facilities Well run business, could not have asked for more. Close to shops and a variety of restaurants. Locals were friendly and helpful. Prices very good

Room furniture need some upgrading. Cupboard with locks that don't work. Bath tub though clean but has stains of dark patches around the drainage.
