We arrived to the hotel to stay here for two nights in December 2022. When we arrived, we were informed they had made a mistake with the booking and we could only stay 1 night, as the next day was sold out. We understand there can be mistake and they advised we would receive a refund by going through our booking provider *******. As I did this, we were then informed in January the property manager of the hotel would not approve to waive the cancellation fee, even with them having noted in the system, we only stayed one night. This means we were not able to receive our refund we were promised. It was such a shame, as we were excited to stay there for more than one night. They don't care for their customers, only for the financial gain - wished I had stayed somewhere else in Ubud :(
