Friendly receptionist. A nice quaint boutique hotel in the middle of the city. Room size is small but comfortsble. Only issue is they don't provide bottled water & need to boil your own water using a kettle & wait for it to cool

酒店就在火車站對面，出行方便，停車位也多，建築古老，優雅，值得一住，就是客房外面有一道門的電子門禁特別難打開，每次都令人迷惑。

從墨爾本閃現Ballarat，酒店離火車站一步之遙，位置便利。能聽到火車的聲音，酒店在床頭預備了耳塞。但公休日員工嚴重不足，前台+housekeeping貌似就一人。訂了含早的房價，checkin被告知不含早，聯繫攜程客服後得以解決

Love the hotel. Close to amenities and the staff were lovely and friendly. The Lola restaurant serves excellent food. Will definitely stay in the hotel the next time I come to Ballarat.
