Nice and relaxing

So many positive things to say about Sovereign Park but the 2 memorable standouts which will have us returning would have to be, the SERVICE and INDOOR HEATED POOL & SPA! The booking & check-in process were both so easy. Jen served us throughout our stay, she was immediately warm and welcoming. After checking out and having mentioned we were going to explore the Wildlife Park nearby, we had a call from Jen about some precious plush toys our daughter had left behind. She knew how important it was to get it back to us so she wasted no time in contacting us before we made our way back home. The family room was comfy & cosy, clean and included all the amenities needed. The kids had the best time in the pool, spa & sauna. Mummy even got some time to spend in the gym, nothing flashy but complete & practical. Thanks so much & keep up the great service. Location: Under 10 mins to Kryal Castle 4 mins to Ballarat Wildlife Park 2 mins to Coles/Baker's Delight 0 mins to Red Lion Hotel with kids playground (adjacent to Sovereign Park reception)

It honestly exceeded expectations. The pool was warm and kid friendly, the rooms has all the bits and pieces that makes travelling with children so much easier (microwave, even a sandwich press) and so clean. Guests even had Access to laundry facilities. The staff were fabulous. Honestly one of the best places we’ve stayed.

The room is comfy and cozy. Heated pool is very good. Washing and Drying machine are available. There are apple parking spaces.

Our stay was lovely, reception staff were welcoming as were the restaurant staff and our evening meal was beautiful. The room was clean and tidy. And we loved that everything was incorporated in the one spot. We will be in Ballarat again in the near future and will stay with you then.

This has to be one of the best regional motels we’ve ever stayed in. We chose it for its proximity to Sovereign Hill, and it was conveniently located for shopping and dining options at a short drive too. The service at check in was friendly and professional, the room was impeccably clean and tasteful, modern kitchenette and bathroom, comfortable bed, Netflix, blockout curtains, pool towels on request to take a dip in the indoor pool. Can’t fault it, I’ve already started recommending it to family and friends.

This place is so easy. Great location, staff are just so lovely, restaurant is great and the rooms are safe, clean and comfortable, not much more you need. Have stayed there many times and will be back again.
