Nice and neatly. Excellent services and recommendations from staff regarding restaurants.

Very pleasant greeting and great knowledge of area, attractions and dining options. We had booked for 2 adults and 2 children but only had 2 cups and 2 glasses.(lucky we came prepared with cups for the kids.) All beds had electric blankets & the heating was adequate to keep a nice even temp of 19-20. Maybe it's time to update bar fridge and privacy lock on door. Shower was dated but water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Unfortunately the heated pool had been turned off so kids had a very quick swim in the cold pool. owners were very quick to come to our room and apologise for this mistake.

Close to Sovereign hill convenient. Rooms ok but bathrooms very substandard in need of reno and very cold no heating in the bathrooms dingy lighting etc the heated pool was barely heated, children freezing while swimming had to leave after five minutes. Would not use again was quite expensive .

Gentleman at reception was lovely upon check in. Room was freezing! Heater on 30 and made no difference. Very outdated and needs attention. Great location to Sovereign Hill and takeway

Check was friendly quick and easy staff were polite, welcoming and said if there was anyway could help in regardes attractions to please come and ask. The room was well appointed and clean having all the basics required. Great location easy walk to get supplies. We will stay there again. Granddaughter loved the indoor pool.

Prima motel, gratis upgrade gehad. Jammer dat het restaurant gesloten was.

Bathroom was very bright and clean although the basin had a crack in it and the water pressure was very poor. Comfortable bed but one bedside lamp was out. Fridge was an excellent size for self-caterers but no cutlery or plates, probably because they have a restaurant on site. Competition for parking spaces because of two-storey layout. Woken up by tradies with diesel utes setting out at 6.45. Good value and an indoor pool is an added feature.
