孟席斯凱藝套房(Quality Inn & Suites the Menzies)

It was a good place to stay, parking was a bit hard for big cars. Overall I love this place.

Property was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, spacious. Looks renovated and freshly painted. Would stay again.

We loved our room and it exceeded our expectations. We had a large lounge with couch, a kitchen area with dining table. A large work desk was also provided. The bathroom was huge and contained a shower over the spa, lovely basin area with plenty of room for toiletries and towels to be stored. The thing I loved most was the bed. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a cloud. We also had a huge tv in the bedroom and loungeroom. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this motel. I wanted to stay longer but had to keep travelling as we had accomodation booked in other towns. I would rate this stay as 10/10 😃

The property was very clean and tidy, the service was prompt and welcoming. Easy walking distance to shopping but still quiet at night. Only area of concern was the bathroom. Basin taps did not work and there was no fan for the shower. Opening a window was not only unsafe (someone could climb in or out), but let cigarette smoke in from outside. Otherwise, our stay was exactly what was required.

The parking was a bit tight. The shower curtain was 30cm short so when showering water splashed onto the floor. One morning the water was turned off, without warning, due to a plumbing problem in another unit just as I was about to have a shower.

Lovely clean and quiet room. Great lication right in the heart of Ballarat. Will stay again.

I arrived in darkness and was unsure where to go. Mark was excellent in calming my anxiety and guiding me to the right place.

I’ve stayed at this property on all of my trips to Ballarat. Clean rooms, wonderful service and central to all amenities. Highly recommend
