朗圖公園酒店(Hotel Lautrup Park)

Don't believe everything you see on websites! We stayed at this 4-star hotel near Copenhagen in August. The only 4-star thing in this hotel is the Reception. We were greeted by a bored and rude receptionist who seemed bothered by our presence. The rooms are small and unsanitary, the toilet is dirty, as is the shower cabin. It clearly does not have the characteristics of a 4-star hotel. In the bathroom there were no cups for the toothbrush

Hotel is good for a business trip but a bit too far away from everything to use as a holiday hotel. Room was comfortable and mainly clean - could do with a new shower head. Food in the hotel was really good however dinner was a bit on the expensive side. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Actually a nice place and nice rooms, but service from staff and maintenance of rooms was a joke. Total chaos in the breakfast restaurant where staff had to go to the local supermarket to buy bread.

I only got as far as booking a room, which I then did through *********** only to get a message from the hotel that I had to pay 500 kr. more for checking in at between 9 and 10 O’clock in the evening, I then cancelled and chose another hotel, paying extra for check in is something that I have never experienced before through many years of travelling

Attended a week long workshop within the hotel. It was an all in package with buffet lunch and set evening meal. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Work shop was well supported with tea, coffee snacks etc. B'fast and lunch was varied and of a great standard; however, the evening meals were outstanding. Fresh local produce cooked in a Danish style with plenty of variation. Variation in menu (allergy etc) were handled quickly and with style. The only issue with the hotel is location, you are slightly isolated and far from Copenhagen centre.

Et helt igennem godt ophold Røræg var kold men ellers var alt ok Ringede for at høre om det var mulig at komme et par timer før, det var ikke noget problem

Reservering via ons bedrijf. Bij aankomst correcte receptie personeel. Kamers eenvoudig maar netjes. Wel miste ik een waterkoker of koffie apparaat. Restaurant was laat beschikbaar ook voor de kleine kaart. Uitgebreide bar en ontbijt super met veel verse producten.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Lovely rustic contemporary decor, great bar (with craft beer selection), tasty breakfast spread, comfortable bedding, assistive attentive and friendly staff. I’ll be back.
