康尼馬拉沙灘 Spa 海灘酒店的評價

I used the outdoor sauna, where I found serious safety hazards: an interior metal manual locking eye hole latch that creates an entrapment risk and burns to the touch, plus a faulty thermometer displaying 32°C despite dangerously high heat. There’s no staff supervision or emergency alarm. When I raised these concerns with the manager and became agitated I was dismissed and asked to leave rather than heard. I have since reported the issues to the fire and safety services for inspection because the high risk to life these issue cause.

Nous avons réservé une chambre donnant une vue vers la mer. Nous avons vécu une superbe expérience. L’hôtel est élégant et confortable avec une belle véranda pour le dîner le soir. La nourriture est exquise et le personnel fait toujours le maximum pour vous satisfaire. L’hôtel comprend des spas et un sauna ainsi qu’un à accès à une plage privée donnant sur la mer à moins de 3 minutes de marche. Une véritable paradis que je recommande à tous pour visiter la région du Connemara.

We were so excited to stay here after reading the reviews. The staff on reception left us waiting alone at reception for 20 minutes even though we arrived nearly an hour after check in time. When we finally got our suite, the floor was wet -like it was only just cleaned at 5pm. The TV didn’t work either so we had to go back to reception to ask for help. The patio areas for each suite run into the next so we had many people walk up our section and look into our rooms when they were not staying in our area. It would be easy to divide these with plants for some sort of privacy for the guests. The breakfast is amazing and by far the best hotel breakfast I have had in years. The wait staff are so lovely and do add to the experience of staying here. We dined in the bistro on night one so wanted to avail of the food truck on night two. Reception advised us this opened at 6pm and to order at the bar. When we tried to we were told it only opened for lunch and it was too late for us to get anything so we had to go to Clifden for food. I really wanted to enjoy this stay especially considering the cost but was left very disappointed. The potential is there but it felt very short staffed during our stay and that was reflected in how the guests were treated.

L'hôtel est idéalement placé. Nous avions réservé une maisonnette individuelle. Très jolie décoration, très agréable, tout le confort nécessaire. Un bémol sur les canapés très affaissés qui sont à changer et la vue qui aurait pu être merveilleuse si elle n'était pas entachée par cette affreuse palissade. Néanmoins nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour là-bas.

Ein schönes, gemütliches Hotel mit tollen Menschen. Sehr familiär und auch kulinarisch top. Menschenleere, weiße Strände mit kristallklarem Wasser. Einfach perfekt um mal richtig durchzuatmen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per due notti e sinceramente ci potrei passare una settimana perchè prima di tutto ho trovato spettacolare la regione del Connemara e poi perchè l'hotel si trova in una posizione bellissima a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e lontano da tutto. La camera ed il bagno erano belli anche se di piccole dimensioni. Abbiamo cenato per due sere nel ristorante ed oltre ad essere bellissimo abbiamo anche mangiato molto bene. Complimenti a tutti !

Das Hotel besticht vor allem durch seine Herzlichkeit. Dazu kommen eine Top-Lage, es liegt nah am Strand, geräumige Zimmer (wir hatten Family-Suite mit Meerblick). Kundenwünsche von Zimmertausch bis kurzfristiger Reservierung im Sands-Restaurant oder der Sands-Bar werden sobald möglich erfüllt. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre ist so, dass wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer wirkte etwas nüchtern und kühl (dafür fast ein Punkt Abzug), aber in Summe top. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben soll die ausgezeichnete Küche im Restaurant, sodass wir nach unseren Tagestrips keinen Grund hatten nach Alternativen in der Umgebung zu suchen. Auch das Frühstück war perfekt, reichlich und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns soooo wohl gefühlt und wollten sogar verlängern - leider war man ausgebucht. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein tolles Hotel! Wir haben für 3 Nächte eines der Self Catering Cottages gebucht und fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl! Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Da das Restaurant & Bar wie auch der Spa genau in unserer Woche geschlossen hatte, kann leider darüber nicht berichtet werden.

Attention, les maisonnettes louées par cet établissement ne correspondent en rien à un 4 étoiles. C’est sale, usé, canapé lit devant être utilisé pour dormir était exécrable, plein de poussières et saletés, vieillot, très peu d ustensiles, managers désagréables et sans aucune emphatie. Vraiment dommage car la région est magnifique.

Fantastic. From rooms to service to cleanliness to food. The owners were ever present and invested in everyones comfort and so down to earth.staff were excellent. We induldged in the outdoor seaweed bath which was lovely.Played a bit of tennis then relaxed in the sauna by the beach.WE WILL BE BACK

Love this hotel. Genuinely welcoming, lovely food, and the beach is out the back door! Given the location, superb scenery is a given. Stayed in a two-storey room which was perfect, with a Nespresso machine, Voya toiletries and a bath in the bedroom. Very highly recommended.

A real find. Family run (and lots of the family are there!) and friendly, with an amazing location right on the beach and a really good restauraunt. The two storey rooms with the bed and a large bath upstairs are really nice and have great views out over the beach. The sauna at the beach side, whilst an extra cost, is well worth considering - the views are spectacular, and being able to run down to the sea to cool off is a great bit of fun. The breakfast is really good, with lots of cook to order options from the kitchen, using really good ingredients - well worth lingering over. There are lots of choices for dinner and the local seafood features prominently - well worth investigating.

This is a well run and well appointed hotel. Situated just outside of Ballyconneely it backs on to the sea and has tastefully expanded the range of amenities on offer. Sea bathing, canoeing , sauna etc and 2 floodlit first class Padel tennis courts have now been installed. I rate the food in the restaurant as being really good. I have dined there many times. I highly recommend eating there.

Very disappointing experience, primarily due to a serious lack of management and poor customer service. Despite having two rooms confirmed for three nights, only one was available on our first night. We were told the manager and owner were away for the week, and there appeared to be nobody on site with the authority to properly resolve the situation. This resulted in me being unable to stay that night and my husband sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the first night. The lack of management, ownership and proactive customer service was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. Throughout our stay there was a noticeable lack of management and staff at times appeared to lack basic training and direction. Service was poor, including a very long wait for our kids lunch and there seemed to be nobody senior available to address issues as they arose. There was also a lack of transparency around additional charges for the padel courts, sauna, hot tub and seaweed baths. We did ultimately receive a complimentary hot tub session and two seaweed baths, which we appreciated, but this only came about after I raised the issue of the additional charges and asked what could be offered following our accommodation problems. This was the only gesture we received in recognition of what had happened with our booking. On the positive side, the beachfront location is lovely , the rooms are comfortable and clean and the food was good. The hotel has potential, but for the rates charged we expected a much higher standard of management, service and transparency. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would be very reluctant to return or recommend it.
