Had a great stay , staff very friendly and helpful. Happy with everything apart from not having somewhere to keep milk for making coffee as no fridge. Would definitely stay again

So… hotel is better than average for a Premier Inn hotel - no complaints. However- the quality of the food and portion size for the money is just not good enough. Stay in the hotel- eat somewhere else. Staff were very friendly and lucked out with some decent weather for evening walks nearby.

Lisburn Premier Inn is located an easy drive to Belfast. It is a very comfortable hotel and as I have come to expect had a very good bed and more than adequate facilities. Staff were very friendly and the whole place had a relaxed atmosphere. I did take a star off as the adjoining restaurant was in need of a bit of TLC. While we didn’t eat there we did drink there twice. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and was very happy with my experience.

Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable hotel and rooms. Best bed and mattress ever. Great dining and relaxing facilities. Quality food.

First stay in Northern Ireland, flew from Birmingham. Hotel room great size for a family of four, quiet and good location to access Northern Ireland sites, coastal route etc only downsize was the WiFi was very unpredictable.

I went to Primer Inn Hotel Lisburn today I was excited the food is amazing) I work in Primer Inn Lisburn) Northern Ireland for coming 9 years the staff is so helpful. It’s very 10 minutes from Belfast city The Bedrooms is super, And also great price

It used to be very excellent fee years back, that is the rea6i love coming back always but unfortunately it keeps declining as it goes. I expect the general service to get better than years back not otherwise. Even the plus Is not plus. No telecom in the room, the Internet is really bad and other few expectations.

This hotel is in a beautiful and peaceful location. I had birdsong outside my window which faced the rear and the Lagan river is a five minute walk away. There is also a retail park down the road with a Sainsbury, M&S, Costa etc. What really made it was the people. I have never met such friendly and helpful staff at a Premier Inn. Nothing was too much trouble - particular thanks goes to the gentleman who carried my dinner tray up to my room without being asked to. The only negative was the WiFi, which didn't work at all on the first day and then only intermittently on the second.

Friendly, helpful staff and a spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped hotel. Location worked well for Bruce Springsteen gig at Boucher Fields. Great night's sleep, with good check-in and check-out times.
