巴爾的摩港苑皇家索內斯塔酒店(The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore)

Staff is very polite and helpful Terry location is perfect and close to everything. Going down fall was the Lack of supervision in the pool areas and not really so much the hotels followed but the guests who met their children swim and splash and jump in the Jacuzzi. There needs to be clear posted signs regarding no children in the hot tub under the age of 16 years old

The hotel is older, but the room was clean, large, updated TV, updated fixtures in the bathroom, but the toilet was too close to the tub. The service at the front desk was lackluster. I was told I was going to get a call when the room was ready. Never got a call. I was never informed of any of the hotel's amenities or their locations. Don't know where the restaurant, pool or exercise room is located.

Not friendly night shift front staff. Took them forever to check in. Then we were given the keys withou telling us anything, not room nr not which way to go, nothing! Next morning we go to the breakfast restaurant. Another rude staff. After waiting for over 5 min we finally get seated. After another 5 min she brings us 1 menu for 5 people. Then she starts taking order from 1 table that got there before us and one that got there after us. She skipped us. After over 15 minutes of wait we asked how much longer before taking our order and, maybe, get the food. She said it was going to be a very long time because she was alone (but there were only 3 tables occupied) and that the cooks were out helping her instead of cooking. So, after over 20 minutes, we decided to leave. Its not a cheap hotel (and NOT worth the money). We checked out the night before due day (around 10:00PM) the front desk lady, couldn't check us out. She had no clue. She told us to leave and call back the next morning to make sure they would check us out over the phone. If you decide to charge people full and expensive price then, you need to have staff available and provide great customer service otherwise give the customer a discount or lower your prices!!! This hotel was a joke.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was nice. However, it's been 3 days and the staff still has not located the two shirts I left behind in the closet. Two different loss prevention staff have promised to call me back and no one has. Last time I stay here or any other Royal Sonesta property

Check in and out was very convenient and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. They made it a very easy going and relaxing weekend! 10/10 would stay again next time we come to Baltimore!

Great for my daughter bday, Pool was heated very nice, however I was never told that the Jacuzzi was broken which was a huge reason for me picking this hotel. Next time I'll make sure all the amenities are you and running before booking.

Nice hotel, well located. No room service yet (not good). Breakfast restaurant services by one person.
