We arrived at the hotel around midnight to check in because our flight was delayed. We tried to check in using the self-service machine, but unfortunately, there were no room cards available at that time. So we called the number provided, and within a few minutes, they brought us a card. We then went to our room. Apart from this issue, everything else was fine.

kawasan nya ok sebab banyak kemudahan.. tapi biliknya boleh lah cuma kat bilik ni mozeknya ade yang gerak gerak.. toilet pulak water heater tak berfungsi.. bile guna singki air nya kluar ke lantai.. dekat bilik takde air panas kalau nak air panas kena turun bawah amek sendiri..

Difficult to check in..parking have to pay RM 13 per day and no validate parking..not recommended..

條件一般，周邊生活還是比較方便，有一家百盛和DIY，生活購物沒問題，附近一家清真寺每天5點就開始祈禱

優點： 靠近購物中心和餐廳。 缺點：房間很小，電梯有時開有時關。停車費每小時 RM1。不提供盥洗用品。沒有茶或咖啡袋。房間裡沒有熱水器。沒有衣架。不值得每晚 RM84 的價格。

廁所不能上鎖 房間有蚊子，接待員的回覆沒有幫助 空調不太好用，只有鼓風機。 沒有對講機..你自己去大廳吧 浴巾..嗯，帶上你自己的更好。

Overall ok, just cadar tak brapa bersih and lampu meja tak on dan berhabuk. Overall ok, dgn kawasan strategik dan ada pengawasan cctv yg baik. Since sy seorang je travel, boleh la.
