The hotel is lovely and kept spotlessly clean . Great house keeping . My only annoyance was the fountain restaurant. The staff drove me crazy. Made it very difficult to use the 10 % off as hotel guests, were either over attentive- standing over us whilst we looked at the menu and bringing the bill before we had finished eating or basically ignored us in an empty restaurant . We waited 20 mins for a drink and in the end walked out after asking twice. Also I saw someone chopping in the kitchen and also eating it at the same time which was a bit unhygienic

我們入住晚了,接待了一位愉快的年輕女士,她檢查了。需要支付1000BHT作爲現金押金,我事先不知道。沒什麼大不了的,但值得知道現金準備好了。事實證明,接入wifi很困難,而且提供的代碼並不奏效,但在我們的家庭中,我們最終還是得到了幫助。 溝通有點困難,我們無法完全理解如何訂購早餐,但理解他們會把它帶到我們的房間。時間很晚,我們連續22個小時旅行後很累,因此決定隨身攜帶。 想象一下,我們早上九點(我們選擇的時間)的喜悅和驚喜,這時有人敲門,兩位女士端着一張鋪滿桌子的熟早餐,新鮮切好的水果、果汁、熱巧克力、糕點和吐司!所以不用擔心他們爲我們選擇什麼。他們做了一個小型自助餐,把選擇留給你! 退房時,有兩名新員工,他們都熱情友好,其中一名英語很好。在我們等待他們叫我們的出租車時,她給了我們一些幫助,幫助我們說“謝謝”和“Suvarnabhumi”(BKK機場)。 空調工作效果不錯,衛生間乾淨,有熱水。房間沒有茶包,但有咖啡,水壺和瓶裝水!房間寬敞乾淨,我毫不猶豫地推薦給民間。
