The hotel is lovely and kept spotlessly clean . Great house keeping . My only annoyance was the fountain restaurant. The staff drove me crazy. Made it very difficult to use the 10 % off as hotel guests, were either over attentive- standing over us whilst we looked at the menu and bringing the bill before we had finished eating or basically ignored us in an empty restaurant . We waited 20 mins for a drink and in the end walked out after asking twice. Also I saw someone chopping in the kitchen and also eating it at the same time which was a bit unhygienic

However, I did find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel to be slightly less efficient. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall convenience of the shuttle service adds to the hotel's appeal. Le Meridien Bangkok Airport offers an oasis of tranquility and luxury, making me wish my stays could be longer. Its idyllic setting, exceptional amenities, and impeccable service create an environment that nurtures relaxation and well-being.
