I visited this hotel mid Jan 25 on a business trip. I had booked a deluxe room on twin sharing. While the room looked nice with all amenities, the fact that the bathroom had transparent glass walls was a problem. Even after covering the main wall with a curtain, the door had frosted glass only in the middle, with the top and bottom being transparent glass. When I finally went to bed at night, I found the linen to be smelly. I was too tired to complain at that time, so I slept. In the morning, while bathing, we found that the water was warm (not hot) and the single shower in the bathroom situated at the top did not have good pressure. While leaving for my meetings, I gave my feedback at the reception. Once back, I was told the changes have been made. However, linen smelled the same and there was no change done to the bathroom water pressure. I was offered another room on same floor, same category, but again it had same problems. To resolve the issue, I was upgraded to a junior suite, which was a better room. Surprisingly, the linen did not smell like previous rooms and the bathroom did not have glass walls for a change. Also, not only the bathroom had a bathtub, but even the shower area had wall showers ***** with top shower. However, the it was visible that bathtub had went through a repair process. Also, the taps and showers had coats of hard water stains all over and around them. Plus the wall showers were too high for average Indians and you had to be above 6 ft to even use them properly. Food, both à la carte and the buffet were good. Did not had time to use other amenities. The location is a plus point for the hotel, however, you will get huge traffic jams during peak hours.
