It was all very good. The staffs were lovely and very helpful. All of them very sweet. The food was amazing and lots of fun we had. The room was very comfortable and clean. They took care of their guests really well.

It’s a serviced apartment - wherein you get one room out of the others, depending on if its 2bhk or 3bhk. Hence, no privacy and the rooms are too small, bordering on claustrophobic

Hotel is good. Staph behaviour is so good. Breakfast quality good. Secure and safe.

No network of mobile, even we want to connect some one we have to come out side then only we can talk to someone.

Stay there for couple of days and it was good. Specially like the manager, i will love to visit again

I have booked delux room, they have provided room with no fan, ac was not working properly, when we asked cold water - there reply was that "it is paid", no refrigerator in the room or apartment. We requested for a good room and they allocated us the worst one. Staff was too rigid except ashish who helped us around 12 am and changed the room just to sleep where all amenities were available.

The average facility shared rooms are not very good to stay. Bedrooms too small. Smoke of cigarettes smell everywhere

Food is not good service is also very poor in the room there's no chairs and not comfortable identification of location easu

Hotel entrance has a signage which itself says “home away from home” this is what i have been treated while i stayed there, starting from reception boys (asit/ashish/jyothi) to housekeeping team (mayank etc) to f&b team (deepankar) have been such a energetic force at this property. Needless to thanks the shadow of the leader mr. Sameer (gm hotel) who is so approachable/humble to help at the best of his extent. I want to thank each individual who made my stay comfortable.

The rooms and the amenities are amazing but the service is really poor. We (2 elderly, 2 adults and 2 kids) were at Bangalore to attend a wedding. The hotel was booked by the bride's side for us. We were shown a room on the first floor initially, we looked around and saw that iron box and glasses were present in this suite, the hall and dining area was very clean and tidy but one of the rooms ( it was kind of a suite with 2 bedrooms, a hall cum dinning and a kitchen) were not cleaned after someone had stayed in it, mind you this is was after all our luggage was placed in the room. They said it was a misunderstanding and they would give us another room. We were taken to the second floor and the room again was very clean and tidy. Everything was good but we saw the iron box and glasses were missing. We called the reception and asked for the same but no go. We were supposed to go to the venue for the engagement ceremony and had to iron our clothes but till the last moment we didn't get it after me physically going to the reception and requesting for them. When we were about to lock our rooms to go to the venue did they provide us with an iron box but no glasses (my kids are too small to drink directly from a bottle). While submitting the keys i again reminded them but when we came back still no glasses. I went out and bought 2 glasses. Also, we called to know the menu for evening snacks. The restaurant said give us 5 mins and we'll call you with the menu. 40 mins and no calls. I had to call again and got the same dialogue... But this time the called back in 5 mins. It's like they keep forgetting your request. I understand that hotels are under staffed due to current situation and i absolutely do under a delay in service but this is a complete failure. The other guests fro km the wedding had similar or better experience.

the experience of this stay was terrible. Needed to explain thrice my booking as she was busy on another phone call. The room was smelling like a store room. Tv not working. Kettle was broken. Bathroom too small and no hand towels in it. Toiletries were of lowest categories. I went out for work and returned at 11pm to sleep but the units main gate was locked from inside by some guest and he was not responding. I had to wait for one and half hours outside the gate. Only one person was at reception and he has no clue of what to do. The so called senior and gm of hotel when contacted by the lone staff did not address the issue or even bothered to come or call me. Horrible experience. The hotel is just opposite. The room was full of mosquitoes. The size of the room was too small 9 ft by 9 ft.
