the staff are friendly and professional. the cafe's chef was quite good. the beds clean and comfortable, the hotel however was designed by a nincompop. there was barely four inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. the sink is designed to splash. the lights cannot all be controlled from the bedside. overall i had a pleasant stay.

I had a very unpleasant and disappointing stay at this hotel, service was extremely bad and food was awful, was served with stale food rather. Never going to think about this hotel again.

Radisson has some of the best service-oriented staff that I have come across. The stay ar Radisson Atria was no different. Cfan, ***junath,Waseem, and Purabi all helped make the stay comfortable during our 2 day stay. The breakfast buffet was pretty well done and the hotel is located right in the hub of action in Bangalore. Thus is our preferred staycation in Bangalore and continues to do so.

The entire stay experience is made personal with the utmost care of the people from the front desk to the One Atria Cafe. A special shout out to the Chefs who are polite, friendly and attentive to your needs during every meal there. Chef Rengaraj was truly a god send to handle our dietary needs cautiously and above all ensure making interesting option for my 10 yr old to eat. I had a special need for wheelchair assistance , the staffs from the entry point to taking me through the room and back were very helpful and mindful as well. Overall it is a people friendly place to stay and feel valued during a vacation with family.

The food was excellent with great taste … excellent service and great offer with the sapphire club . Animesh and Sohan has provided great service . The buffet was excellent with great spread Everything was just awesome

This hotel is really well located - in the center of Bangalore and you pay premium for this facility. The breakfast spread is nice. The rooms are smaller in size and three can be a squeeze - though the staff was kind enough to give us alternatives. The hotel as a design is cramped - and the lighting design in the corridors can be creepy. But the service was good and the location was great!

It was very comfortable and we got an upgrade too, the breakfast was also great and great hospitality. Cfan raj helped us and got us and early check in and an upgrade. The room had all the amenities and was super pleasant
