Washroom door without handle inside and very small room mentioned as studio room not worth the amount mentioned

I travelled for business. Its in prime location and staffs are courteous and helpful. Neat and clean rooms. For sure this will be my option for my next visit.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience at octave hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. When I finally got to my room, it was a mess. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, there was dust everywhere, and the bathroom smelled musty with mold in the corners. To top it off, the air conditioning barely worked, making the room unbearably hot. I called the front desk to request a room change, but they were dismissive and said they were fully booked, offering no solutions. Awful stay, the blanket was dirty no bathroom essentials provided and the room wasn’t clean at all.For the price I paid, I expected at least decent service and cleanliness, but this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
