The hotel has been here for many years. It still try’s to offer a good stay and service to guests. The building is showing it’s age in places. But that does not damper the staffs desire to provide the high level of efficient service Howard Johnson’s is known for.

工作人員很好，但房間不干淨，整個酒店都有霉味。有點破舊。

不錯的酒店，如果您不需要位於市中心，可以考慮合理的位置。大約45分鐘到達機場左右。

非常棒的服務以及住房體驗，早餐新鮮好吃，而且我們得到免費的升等套房，套房環境舒適有浴缸，旁邊還有購物中心，下次還會來住

Das Hotel liegt im nördlichen Teil der Stadt und befindet sich zwischen Flughafen und der Innenstadt. In nächster Umgebung zum Hotel befinden sich Restaurants, eine Mall und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die ganze Anlage ist sauber und wird von den sehr professionellen und freundlichen Mitarbeitern gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, geräumig und befinden sich in gutem Zustand. Unser Putzmann Rakshan hat einen klasse Job geleistet! Vielen Dank an die Rezeptionisten des Hotels, die sehr zuvorkommend waren! Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und überzeugt durch die hohe Qualität der angebotenen Speisen. Der Service beim Frühstück ist klasse.

I checked in the property and checked out within 15 minutes not even 15 minutes and then I asked whether it can be refunded of 4k that I had paid already and they said that nothing can be done we have already checked in and I was literally scammed and I went back home and they’re calling morning itself and telling me to check out as if I’m inside the property and I had to go all the way 40 kms from where I stay and had to check out and this is not the service I expected in a international hotel please don’t visit guys it’s a absolute disaster no proper staffs and no proper guidance about the check in and check out policy I was told at 2 pm in the afternoon I can check out suddenly some female called reservation manager calls me and tells that max until 1pm she can give the property to me as I was inside🤨absolute disaster no proper staff and guidance policy don’t visit this property where in people inside are senseless💦💦

Great & Helpful Staff! Prabin & Purlemba were extremely helpful and did a great job of keeping the rooms tidy. They also took initiative to help me out whenever I was in a pinch! Good experience with the entire team!

Breakfast is great with attentive service by Falguni. Room facilities need to be better maintained as most at mouldy and hairdryer is not working well. Location is centrally located with easy accessibility

I had horrible experience. Didn't get the rooms we booked. Didn't get the breakfast we paid for, it said it will included with room but when on site they made us pay. ******* team tried to work with them for refund but I haven't heard from anyone in more than a week. I'll highly recommend, if you want to spend your money spend it at a place where they will do what they promise

Dirty bathroom toilet, not cooperative staffs, noicy location

This is my fourth visit to Howard Johnson. I choose this hotel for many favorable conditions. It’s not easy to choose a hotel by looking at review. Genuine word of mouth is the most important factor. Sometimes review say something and when we visit to the property it means something else. Hotel check in process is efficient, that you don’t have to stay in the lobby for long time. Front office team is warm and welcoming. If your payment goes quick as expected, there you go. Within few seconds they will show you the way to your room. HoJo rooms are big. Interior design is finished well with a superior size bathroom. Bed is super comfy. Side table in the room is good enough to do office work if you work from home. There is one sofa chair with glass top table for you to have a quick bite or a refreshment in the room. Perfect lighting in the room confirms that you don’t lose anything in the darkness. Room cleanliness is well maintained. One more great thing is that you have beautiful view of Bangalore city every time you swipe the window curtain. You don’t have to ask to refill water and tea/coffee. Housekeeping team is on top of that they refill it enough for the day and night. I like the fact that there is a gym in the hotel. That’s one of the reasons I choose to stay in HoJo. India is a foodie country, so you must make sure you do necessary exercise to keep your body shape and health up to date. However, it’s awkward to site seeing under the staircase at the main pool while you spend time in the gym, especially in the treadmill. Cover the gym glass wall with gym motivational banners or posters can be ideal. There is high quality Bose sound system in the fitness center, it’s always kept off. Ideal to keep playing workout motivational music during the day or else Bluetooth connection can be provided for customers to connect mobile phone to the sound system with their preferred music. In the gym, water and towels are provided which is fantastic. When it comes to food, I am very particular. Everyone says breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Breakfast buffet consists of multiple dishes that you can serve yourself as well as some of the local delicacy is prepared on the request. I like everything in the buffet. There is a live omelet station. Chef makes amazing omelet. I love the fact that they know my preferences. I usually take both local and international cuisine while enjoying my breakfast. I have shared my feedback with F&B team regarding muffin and croissant which is not the best and not the worst. I have tried food from room service menu, you must try tandoori chicken. It’s just perfectly cooked. I haven’t tried lunch or dinner buffet yet. The entire hotel team is perfect and ready to help to their customers at any time. Best team. This hotel and team are highly recommended. Negative: Some flies are found inside the restaurant. Wi-Fi speed is not as expected. Even though I am using data, connection drops time to time. Wha

The Rooms and services provided were extremely good. Santu and Puran were very hospitable. Although there were a lot of varieties, food can be improved. Nevertheless, the stay was comfortable and we would visit the place again. Again, a good place to stay and chill.
