The lounge is a great space for working. Very comfortable and quiet. Food and drinks are included which means you can focus on work without distractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nishant Ritika Choi supported me and was very nice and friendly. Great view of the city from the 14th floor.

Experience has been truly world class, right from the food to the front desk, hospitality and the complete staff. The daily housekeeping services by Paogoudal was exceptional. I would highly recommend this to anyone hosting business events or doing personal dinner/lunch/bfast.

I’ve stayed at the JW Marriott Bangalore many times, and each time I come back. It feels like coming home. Staff not only remember my face, they greet me by name on arrival. After a long journey from Japan to India, it’s nice to feel a little “extra special”. On this particular trip, I was especially impressed by Maya who cleaned my room each day. Her smile and warmth is contagious, and the cute little messages she left behind in my room. Each day with small gifts reminded me that this is why the JW Bangalore stands out from the rest. Great service, but more importantly, great people !

Hasim and Sowmya have been great. We had been today to open our fast and they were so courteous and helpful in getting us fruits and good food. ... Hasim is very helpful and has a great potential to be in this industry. Inpressive that he was so helpful. And the spread for iftaar was great. Thank you

This is a wonderful place to stay when you’re in Bangalore! The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious. The restaurants are fabulous, especially the poolside venue. Also, Vishnu keeps the room so clean! With beautiful decorations and tasty chocolates!

I had an unpleasant incidence at this hotel where I stayed one night from 5th of September. I was put up at this hotel by the organizers of a medical conference for which I was an invited speaker. The incident happened as I was checking out. I was taken aback to be told that I had an unpayed bill for a packet of choclate cookies which was probably reported by the housekeeping . I had not taken anything from the fridge and I told the manager at the checkout . Seeing I was getting upset, the senior person stepped in and said I didn't have to pay!! Therefore it is my word against the cleaning/ housekeeping staff and it was ridiculously embarrassing to be in this situation. You should have a better mechanism in place rather than embarass a guest. Next time lock the damn fridge and have the snack ordered as room service or better still by card swiping ... anything. Additionally I had told the organizers that I wanted a late check out. However when I tried to use the lift my card in the late afternoon, was deactivated! The toileteries were old - the moisturizer nozzle was stuck and wouldn't open. There was no body wash in the container within the shower cubicle. All in all not a good feeling to have stayed briefly in this hotel.
