Best location. Amazing restaurant but more than that world's best Staff. Right from doorman to managers to servers to reception team- each and everyone made our trip memorable. We faced medical emergency and everyone was just amazing to help us with everything. Kudos and hats off to team Sheraton Whitefield

It was amazing stay @sheraton hotel. Loved the hospitality by all the staff be it feast staff housekeeping gym trainer and front desk team. Each one of them were very supportive and helpful. Would like to acknowledge each one of them starting with restaurant chef Taushif ji, Soundar ji, Biswa ji, Abdul ji and team. Guddu ji , Flyod, Divyansh,Anikesh,Gulnaaz and Vishal. Each one of them has taken care of my food and helped me gain better experience during my stay. Housekeeping team jotirmay ji vikram and entire team were simply amazing. Amazing shine spa. Wonderful service.very hygiene. Security staff and especially bahadur ji has helped me with amazing buggy ride in the evening. Bahadur ji behaviour was very humble and polite. Grateful to all of them.Thank you

Hotel idéal pour un business trip tres spacieux et les chambres sont très confortable avec tout le nécessaire dont une salle de sport spacieuse . Je suis restée 10 jours avec mes collègues et nous reviendrons certainement c’est devenu notre hôtel préférée. Tout le personnel est à l’ecoute et attentionné et particulièrement les monsieurs de la salle de sport ( ayan) et le monsieur qui ouvre la porte avec sa moustache à l’entrée. Thd disappointment regarding my experience at breakfast today at the Sheraton. The conduct of Ms. Poornima was extremely disappointing and far below the standards of hospitality one expects from a hotel of Sheraton's reputation. The issue arose regarding table allocation. Ms. Poornima insisted that there were no tables available other than the one she had assigned. I politely informed her that I was happy to wait for another table, but instead of handling the situation courteously, she responded rudely and without any regard for basic guest . Hospitality is not just about providing facilities—it is about treating guests with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, Ms. Poornima's behavior reflected none of these qualities. If staff are not adequately trained in guest relations and basic etiquette, it can completely spoil the guest experience, as it did mine. I escalated the matter to the Manager on Duty, Mr. Akhil, and Ms. Sanam. I also appreciate Chef Abdul taking the time to personally apologize for the incident. While I value their efforts, the unpleasant experience had already affected my morning. I sincerely request that appropriate feedback and training be provided to Ms. Poornima on the fundamentals of hospitality, professional communication, and respectful guest interaction. No guest should be subjected to such discourteous behavior. I hope Sheraton will treat this matter seriously to ensure that other guests do not have a similar experience. Sincerely, Deepa

Très premiere fois pour moi et superbe découverte pour l’instant ! Un tres bon hotel. Le restaurant est delicieux. Les chefs mohd Tauseef et le chef Indra bhandari sont là pour faire decouvrir leur cuisine ! Les fruits étaient delicieux. Le thé masala une tuerie!!!
