奧特拉酒店(The Oterra)

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The services are great. The duty ***ager was exceptional responsible and took time to follow up with my cancellation of a night due to a last minute change. However, the room I stayed was rather rundown and towels provided were not really as clean (greyish with stains). Sockets on the bedside were not working. Breakfast selection is also average.

Ahra est un n des meilleurs restaurant que j’ai visité. Un service au top et une cuisine indienne subtile, variée et remplie de saveurs multiples. À faire absolument.bravo au chef Yusuf Khan et à son équipe ! Bla-bla-bla pour atteindre 200 caractères !

Sehr zuvorkommender Service an der Rezeption von Shravan und Shubhs Tolles indisches Frühstück. Im Moment sind einige Renovierungen im Gange, aber das Hotel ist dennoch zu empfehlen in Electronic City. Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen wurde uns sogar durch ein zweites Taxi ein vergessener Gegenstand hinterher gebracht

Als besondere Erfahrung ist hier das hauseigene Restaurant Ahara zu nennen. Ein traditionell indisches Erlebnis der kulinarischen Art. Wir gönnten uns als Vorspeise eine Tomatensuppe die auf Hindi Tamatar Aur Dhaniye ka Nichod heißt, die Hauptspeisen Murgh Tikka Masala ein Hühnchen in Tomatensoße und Bateer Popper fry, Wachtel in Pfeffersoße. Zum Dessert gab es Kaddu Gulkand Jamun und Angoori Rabdi, beides gibt es im deutschen eher nicht. Nur eins: Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service passt dazu. Am Ende kam auch der Koch an den Tisch, um sich zu erkundigen, wie es geschmeckt hat. Service und Gastfreundschaft auf einem sehr hohen Level. Besonders zu erwähnen sind für den Service Kapil und der Koch Santanu Dey. A special experience here is the in-house restaurant Ahara. A traditional Indian culinary experience. As a starter we treated ourselves to a tomato soup which in Hindi is called Tamatar Aur Dhaniye ka Nichod, the main courses Murgh Tikka Masala a chicken in tomato sauce and bateer popper fry, hare in pepper sauce. For dessert there was Kaddu Gulkand Jamun and Angoori Rabdi, neither of which are available in English. Just one thing: the food was excellent and the service matched it. At the end the chef came to the table to ask how it tasted. Service and hospitality at a very high level. Special mention should be made of for the service Kapil and the chef Santanu Dey.

Check in war sehr gut, es gab einen Upgrade. Zimmer sehr gut und, sauber. Club Lounge wunderbar - Edifyson betreut die Gäste sehr gut. Der Pool ist gut temperiert, Fittnesstudio gut ausgestattet. Lage nur gut, wenn *** in der Nähe etwas zu tun hat.

Oterra hotel è il mio rifugio preferito che scelgo ogni volta che vengo a Bangalore per lavoro. Il personale è eccezionale, soprattutto Anisha. I ristoranti sono tutti di ottimo livello. La struttura è un po’ datata ma va bene per gli standard locali. Ottimo posto

El hotel es muy limpio, todo muy bien ordenado, el servicio es excelente, especialmente Anisha. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. Te hacen sentir muy bien, tamjien la comida es muy buena y el room service es muy rápido, trabaja 24/7
